Pros: We use minute 7 for time sheet entries and I like how easy and quickly I can enter my time and continue working and go back to enter the rest of my day.

Awesome tool to log time for multiple clients with a wide variety of projects.

Pros: It's very user-friendly and allows our company to track time spent on not just particular clients, but also specific projects and categories within each client. As an agency with tons of things happening nonstop, it keeps us organized while also keeping our clients happy since they're able to see how much time and effort is being put into each aspect of their account with us.

I really enjoy using the app.

Pros: I love how easy it is to put in your time and it has an option to use the timer. That's a plus! The layout is nice and not compacted

Cons: If you change your password it won't accept through the mobile app, you would have to log in through desktop for now on

Overall: How it's so easy to clock in and out

This software works well with Quickbooks Desktop version.

Pros: The cost is reasonable. Also, our staff easily inputs their time and we are able to regularly upload new clients and download the time easily into Quickbooks.

Cons: Every now and then I need to contact customer support for download issues, but they are quick to respond and resolve our problem.

Overall: This software works well with our Quickbooks accounting software.

Easy to learn and use in a quick time. Excellent product.

Pros: Use of the system is easy, and makes the subsequent use easy to remember as well. It is one of those systems that I don't use often, but when I do is easy to access and remember . Given how many software we use in various projects it is a great product.

Cons: It is a great software, no bad experiences. If there is one thing that is frustrating is that there are so many varied methods for signing off and on and so on- some sort of standard would be great, although this is more for all software systems- not just this one.

Overall: The benefits I've already noted, and the simplicity of use.

I enter time, and edit all employees entries. I sync to Quickbooks.

Pros: Both the website and app are simple for the employees to use. Easy to set up jobs. Decent character length for job names.

Cons: The top part of the screen does not freeze. It is hard to edit since it is hard to follow down to different days since the screen continues to move. When selecting jobs to write a report, why can I not select a group of jobs instead of one by one.

Overall: The ability to run payroll as well as invoice clients.

I am a daily user of Minute 7 for the past two years.

Pros: Minute 7 is fairly intuitive and simple to use. Logging in to the software is super easy from your desktop or mobile device. Once you are in, the time card is intuitive and east to use. Navigating from one week to the next is also a simple task.

Cons: The entire top portion of the time card needs to be locked into place (freeze pane) so you can see the headers all the time. This would be especially helpful when you have a lot of entries for the week or if you were an administrator and were reviewing time for the entire company.

Overall: The ability to keep track of daily tasks.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use and set up! It also syncs quickly with Quickbooks online and helps me to bill much faster. Pulling reports is a breeze.

Cons: The only thing I haven't check back up on is the actual phone app. It was having issues when I first started using Minute 7. I will see if it has been updated.

I've been using the web app for a few years and it has really worked well for my business.

Pros: The syncing functionality with QuickBooks is great. I use it with QuickBooks on the desktop and it flawlessly syncs time records to QuickBooks while also syncing the clients and items list from QuickBooks to the web app.

Cons: The app used to set up and sync to QuickBooks wasn't as user friendly as it could have been. Also tried the mobile app and stopped using it as it wasn't working well. The web app does everything I need so I only deducted one star for the mobile app.

Easy, accessible and get's the job done!

Pros: The straightforward ease of operating the software make it a no brainer. The timer is extremely helpful and I use it daily as well.

Cons: Overall, I really enjoy using this software. I do not have any negatives that I would like to mention that stand out in my mind.

Overall: Timely, accurate and efficient means of tracking my billable hours with multiple clients.

Excellent cloud access to time tracking with integration to legacy QB users.

Pros: Cloud access. I enjoy the ability to capture time from my desk or in the field. The integration with Qbooks makes billing a breeze.

Cons: Mobile interface. A fully fledged iOS or Android apps should be made for easy entry in the field. Currently the iOS app is really just a scrape of the web interface.

Overall: Peace of mind that time is being captured by my team. Reporting features allow me to monitor my team.

Pros: Very easy to use - integrated well with QuickBooks - inexpensive, easy setup, great features, cloud backup for entries

Cons: Would like a "rigor" switch that makes Minute7 compliant with DCMA or DCAA government auditors - have to prevent changes after submitted, corrections etc

Great way to keep track of hours at work without worrying.

Pros: I enjoy how easy it is to enter time and the ease of the interface. It is very user friendly and easy to understand which is very helpful after a long day of working in other robust software programs. I also enjoy the timer function which makes the guess work and/or counting of how many hours I work that day not needed.

Overall: The benefits that I get from this product is the benefit of receiving a full paycheck with the right hours. Since we fill out time sheets, it can get tricky when you work hard hours or quarter of a hour on some days, but Minute 7 makes it easy to figure out your overall amount of hours worked. This is essential to a studio trying to stay on budget.

Pros: The software has a reminder system which was very useful. Also the software was very user friendly. I liked it.

Cons: The software has fewer details. If we want to know about paycheck, it required document attachment capability. It didn't have that capability.

Pros: The ease by which we can enter daily time without the hassle. The daily reminder is a welcome substitute to a call or email from accounts receivable!

Cons: Syncing with Quickbooks can be a problem when I am away from the office. There should be a way (and maybe there is already) to authorize others in the company to do this

Overall: Preparing reports to back up invoices is the greatest benefit

I am using Timesheet tool which is easy to use. very nice features & functionality with quality

Pros: The thing I like the most about minute7 is that it is user friendly to just about anybody who can turn on a computer. It is straight to the point and I like using it to record my time for Youth Science Institute.

Cons: The thing I really do not like and it is the only thing that I have an issue with is the admin property. many times in order to use minute7 I have to put in a new password. the only way to do this is to get admin support. It is very difficult and hard to do this. I even have to go to the human resource person and they have to make up the password. It is very frustrating. And the passwords are hardly ever ones that you can remember.

Overall: I get a record of my time worked at YSI and then from that I get paid.

Used Minute7 to fill out hours and have fast and easy records for my employer.

Pros: The program allows for a lot of space for details and information without the clutter and is perfect for filing invoices.

Cons: Sometimes it doesn't remember which project I'm working on. So I have to click the set up for every single submission.

Pros: Our business lives and dies by billable hows, so we love how easy it is to quickly enter time that might otherwise get lost.

Cons: The iPhone app hasn't been refreshed in a long time, but it does get the job done. It would be nice if you could keep the most used billing codes separate from the entire list.

Pros: Simple design and easy to use. The clocking of work hours is very simple and the weekdays can be easily identified.

Cons: The Web page can be improved visually by using different background themes and images. The template of the week can be improved.

Pros: It integrates with Quickbooks desktop. I use the reports all the time to be able to see how much time is spent on a project.

Cons: The mobile app. My projects names are long so I can't see them and therefore I can't use the app, at all.

Pros: Time entry is fast and sorted by QuickBooks customer with seamless interface between Minute 7 and QuickBooks

Cons: I was looking for a timekeeper product after QuickBooks phased out its time keeping module and could not find anything until an accountant told me about Minute 7. Better publicity would be helpful.

Overall: Great interface with QuickBooks for customer billing and queries. There is adquate room for work explanation so that customers will know what was done.

Cons: Need to have the ability for professional companies to charge different rates for different types of project and people.

Pros: The overall quality of this software is outstanding, very easy to use and follow, the features and functionality makes our daily use very efficient.
We have used customer support and has been fast and they addressed all our questions.

Overall: It keeps us all our work up-to-date, we can submit our billing quick. We can find out vacation time, hours worked by project etc. fast and easy

Pros: Simple, complete and very affordable

Cons: Mobile application could be better in my opinion, but it works

Overall: I have been more than 3 years with minute7. I tested many other system before and none of them were as simple and complete as this one. Very affordable price and customer service is great. Synchronize with quickbooks is DCAA compliant.
