I consider it to be an amazing service for parents. I always get notified for diverse activities or events that the school does for the kids. It makes me feel quite safe and secured for them.

Pros

What I truly appreciate of this software it its ease of use, practicality, as well as the UI. It is very clean and thoughtful. It performs amazingly well and as a parent, it is definitely something that helps me a lot whenever there is a school event for my little son.

Cons

I think that maybe something that can improve, is in the mobile app. In my opinion, the app is quite good but I think that for some people, the link for PayPal is not available. The payment gateway struggles with this and it is something that needs to be fixed.

Pros

I like the way we save heaps of paper to send out communications to our children and parents. It is mostly efficient.

Cons

Finding old Signmees when I want to reuse a template can be annoying. There is no search option for finding old messages. Instead you have to scroll through lots of messages to find the one you are after.

I think if is an effective form of communication and it is easy to navigate. It stops me from overlooking things and is very efficient being online.

Pros

That everything you need is in one location. You can sign things online efficiently which therefore reduces paper use. It is in one location so forms don't get lost and as soon as I am alerted via email I action immediately so I have one less thing to worry about. I like that I also get a reminder if I have failed to action something and I can go back and search for notifications.

Cons

Sometimes it will email me twice for the same action.

Paperless notices to all families and they are only recieving the ones that are relevant to their child.

Parents find it tricky/forget to sign up for 2nd, 3rd.... chn as they feel that they already have signed up.

quick easy to sign up to and sign for permission to go to events etc, no paper letters which can get lost in transition from school to home

Cons

there are separate forms to sign for each child, it would be a lot easier if they were linked together. so that I could just sign one instead of three and also receive just one instead of three the same

Easy and good audit trail. No paper stuck on the fridge. Easy to refer to at anytime as its all online

Pros

Paperless, quick and easy. No more notes stuck on the fridge. No relying on kids to bring notes back from school and rummaging through school bags looking for permission slips. It keeps the who lot together online, so you can easily look back if you need to check something. I get the emails on my mobile device so I can respond anytime, anywhere.

Cons

I have no problems/complaints about this software. I am a school mum so I am not an administrator, the software is very reliable from the users end. I would thoroughly recommend it.
