Pros: I love Freshsales. The software is very easy to use and much more simpler then Saleforce.com. It's pricing is also fair and competitive and the email marketing, deals tabs and database are very easy to manipulate. Plus Freshsales is a part of a larger CRM service and allow you to bolt on other components if you want to do other things. I'm a huge fan of simple and Freshsales makes the whole process of sales CRM simple and easy. Very little ramp up time.

Cons: It's close to impossible to get customer service person on the phone and they are not fast to react. It's a shame since some of their competitors do a much better job at this. I had a question about changing my credit card information and it just way to long to get the simple response I needed in order to fix the problem. They do have a resource center where you can ask questions, but I don't get the sense that customer service is a huge priority for them.

Overall: Freshsales allows me to create email marketing campaigns and track my deals in one simple UI. I like how easy it is to navigate and I love the VOIP feature. I can get my work done much quicker and more effectively when using Freshsales. It helps me make more outbound calls and get in touch with more prospects.

Pros: These CRM has features far more expensive solutions offer in their top packages. We especially like everything regarding email - tracking, ability to send emails from CRM etc

Cons: Customer support could be better. I hope that it is due to the growth, but sometimes it is slow and inefficient, although we haven't experienced anything too serious..

Overall: Best CRM system for SMB!

Pros: It has every step of a sales process in a right way
Leads, contacts and comanies have their own window, and when it comes to the actual sales funnel they have a streamlined view that allows you to see clearly which opportunities are in each one of the steps.
This is a huge plus

Cons: The price is a not too expensive, but I like software to be cheaper.
Specially since I always am thinking about the little businesses that are starting up.

Overall: A strong and solid CRM, well worth investing in it.

Cons: The fact that because I now am in charge of the CRM, I have to deal with our account managers who have no idea how to use the system.

Pros: Gives the opportunity to test it on a 30 day trials, before proceed on purchase.
It is simple and easy to use by salesmen. It is well designed with necessary features

Cons: It lacks a dashboard to easily show sales figures while it could be more enriched with features, other than the exact necessary.

This software is a great CRM for beginners and small companies!

Pros: I looked around at a lot of CRMs before deciding on FreshSales. Their different levels of packaging are great and reasonable for customer size. I found the product relatively intuitive to figure out and simple enough for the small start up company I work for...aka I did not need all the bells and whistles that others boast.

Cons: Their customer service is lacking. when they do respond they are very helpful. But many times I was looking for immediate assistance and couldn't get any. Along those same lines their support section is scattered and could use videos for easier understanding.

Pros: As a sales\business development manager with more than 10-years of experience, I can say that people who fight on the forefront(salesmen) need the best sales equipment. In this case, our productivity can be significantly raised. Freshsales CRM helped me and my colleagues to tune and organize our work such way that allowed us to boost results and feel some kind of comfort while working. In addition to this I can say that system works very fast and in comparison with our previous programs this one is brilliant.

Cons: I noticed that the system of pricing is more suitable for small companies or individual salesmen. I work in one of the biggest telecommunications company in my country and that is why our executives were thinking quite a lot before choosing this CRM.

Pros: this software is perfect for managing thousands of leads and it is simple and easy to use. This software has made my job so much more convenient. They also have a 30 day free trial so you can decide if you like it or not . Thats what we did and we wound up finding it resourceful and now use it on a daily basis. It has helped my sales go up in a huge way especially by helping me keep my leads organized.

Cons: It would be cooler if there was a dashboard of some sort that gives you an overview of sales and leads. You have to always log in to see everything which is not a bid deal, it could be worse. Other than that it is awesome software it has really helped grow my sales and I have no other complaints.

Overall: This software can be used up to 10 users for 1 membership. It helps me to easily sort and filter close dates, identify bestsellers, and make required changes to actions. IF you are into sales i definitely recommend you use it

Pros: This is a great platform that can help you and your team track contacts. It's easy to use the interface and a very reliable tool for managing thousands of clients. This platform provides all the functions that a growing company will be looking for. It would be nice if the user could choose which fields appeared in the composite view of their contact, and not just show the first few fields. I would like for me to be able to move the layout in a mobile application. There are several fields that I simply do not need, and I would like to hide them.

Pros: FreshSales is a great system that can do a lot of actions and automation. It was very easy to set-up, but I am tech-savvy enough and had a visual of how I wanted it set-up. Once set-up, it makes everything so much easier. Also, there customer service is absolutely amazing!

Cons: - You need to know how you want it built as a processor system. - It's a customizable system so it would be nice to have some tech knowledge in order to build it - It takes time for it to become great!

Pros: I like its lead generation method, it gives complete inside of my sales lead. once the lead is converted into customer the option of new opportunity continues. This method allows our sales team to generate more opportunities from a customer. Good and easy to navigate user-interface, mobile app gives our team power to be always on move and in action.

Cons: So far I did not find any negative points, this is my first experience with a sales management software and freshsales does all which are required to make sales management an efficient task.

Pros: It is a excellent CRM that can help you and your team keep track of contacts. It is easy to use the interface and a very reliable tool to help manage thousands of leads. You can sign up for the free trial up to 10 people per account to try this software so you will be hooked if you are in to sales and having organized leads. You can use an auto-dialer, route calls, use personalized welcoming messages, ID callers, Awesome sales software

Cons: I wish there was a dashboard that gives you an overview of sales and leads and you can only see leads when you log in. That is all the negatives I could think of it is really good at doing what it is supposed to do and does what it is meant to do.

Pros: FS is super light, and not terribly complicated. Unlike other CRMs that take a while to perform each function, FS opens pretty quickly. Also almost all of the data can be exported which is good for other reporting purposes

Cons: Once you start using it, you noticed little things that are annoying that it doesn't have. For example, there's no way to tell how long a deal has been in a certain pipeline stage. This is something that is important to any sales team, but is just missing here. Also, you can see the calls your team has made in a repot, but then there's no way to view those calls

Overall: We could use the CRM and make calls at the same time.

Pros: Lovely interface, very easy to use and setup, good support, great features, control the workflow from Lead, opportunity, to a billed costumer. not as powerful as Sales Force but many of the key features you can find here for less. customization, integrations, etc.

Overall: Use it with no regrets, very good product. The best CRM I have use in that price range.

Cons: Customer support sometimes doesn't know how to answer. Also, sometimes the app is buggy with a slower connection

Pros: - Impressive set of features,
- Not very expensive and can grow with our company
- Freshworks ecosystem - their chat software, helpdesk etc are well-integrated and not very exensive

Cons: - Ideally, I would like to have webforms on cheaper plans, like in insightly CRM, however, on this stage of our company we can do it manually...

Pros: They have quality leadscoring, email management and tracking, pipeline divided up by territories, reporting for managers, and what I love most about this product is their built in phone system! You don't have to leave the software to take care of all you sales tracking events! Plus it's super affordable.

Cons: They do not offer voicemail drop and the user interface is a tad boring. That last one isn't a true deal killer but since you'll be spending much of your day buried in a CRM it helps if the software is pretty to look at. :P

Overall: All in one CRM which covers email management and tracking and provides a calling system inside the CRM!

Pros: From experience with other CRM's, Freshbook looks like a mix of each of the other top industry CRM's.
I am able to better assign leads with Freshsales, in comparism to other tools.
It is also user friendly, with very clear and impressive visuals.

Cons: I only wish I am able to synchronize my business contacts with this tool, probably the ability to integrate with Microsoft Outlook, will be welcome.

An excellent tool for Managing Leads and keeping track of sales activities.

Pros: The best thing about FreshSales is the customer support, bar none. Their agents are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and can solve pretty much any problem. Their development team implements feature requests very quickly and it's built on a very flexible framework, allowing you to customize it to your particular workflows very easily with an intuitive user interface.

Cons: There's very little I don't like about FreshSales. However, filed under "needs improvement", the layout of the forms gets a little tedious. It's single line after line of input field with no way to change the layout on the page. All-in-all, a minor infraction on an otherwise solid CRM.

Overall: We are able to implement an end-to-end marketing automation, lead management, and customer relationship management system. It allows us tremendous insights into our customer's behaviors and preferences, serving up that information in a usable way.

Pros: Freshsales makes creating and tracking leads for our financial services firm a breeze. You can integrate it within your email in order to track your prospects behaviors, which is extremely helpful. Makes your life easy when it comes to managing your deals and creating reports to track your progress. It is also very inexpensive for what you get!

Cons: There are other CRM software packages out there, some of which offer more features than Freshsales. In my opinion, Freshsales provides the most "bang for your buck" when it comes to a CRM system.

Overall: Freshsales made it easy for my sales team to keep track of their prospects all the way through the sales cycle. Did not cost our company much money at all and was very easy to implement!

Pros: Love the AI based lead tracking system this program features. Get smarter with email based on the outputs it collects from your email accounts.

Cons: The notes don't transfer when changing a lead to a deal. Cannot archive leads which would be a useful feature - you can only delete unqualified leads.

Pros: Our firm started to use Fresh Desk for our ticket management system, we are a software company. We researched several ticket management systems and found Fresh Desk offered quality and ease of use over other software. We were ALSO in need of a CRM since we didn't have one, or one that we poorly created - enter Fresh Sales! We used a free trial and really enjoyed it, and especially the fact that it integrates with Fresh Desk, genius! We are now doing this with Fresh Sales we wouldn't have been able to do with our prospects database.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind. The only drawback is that there is only a web based version. We are not using the email tracking at this time.

Pros: Search - very quickly find what you need
Call - no need for dialling, just press the button! Also with reasonable rates for international calls and did i mention they are recorded?! Perfect for training needs and analysing what does and doesn't work.
Emails - send quickly, from templates and with read receipts. Has that customer just read that emai? Lets call them whilst its fresh
Tasks - Keep your workload managed by, assigning yourself and colleagues tasks with reminders

Cons: Calls - currently there is no way to transfer a call to a colleague
Notifications - occasionally are sent through as soon as the task has been set, not a little before the task is required which would benefit the way i work more.

Overall: An all in one software, that lets you manage, call and email potential and current customers from one place.

A great Sales CRM with all of the modcons; part of an excellent 'fresh' suite.

Pros: 1- Freshsales is very easy to use and is a solution that I believe is a good fit for a growing team, as the platform has a very small learning curve. I feel confident in being able to teach a new staff member how to use it.
We don't use Freshdesk, but their native integrations with that, other Freshworks applications, and 3rd party tools in Freshsales would be very suitable to teams that offer support, or already have an existing marketing/service delivery software stack.

2- The development team frequently release new features that make the experience of using the platform better and better. I have subscribed to the top tier, but even their entry level and middle range offers go head to head on features with the big name CRMs that cost double the subscription fee.

3- Finally, the mobile application's latest release is absolutely brilliant more than what you could want or expect from a mobile version of your company's sales CRM.

Cons: 1- Some of the 'bells and whistles' that come with other Sales CRMs aren't available or can only be achieved by using third party tools (Zapier) hacked together with Workflows.
Examples of these are:
"automatically remind me to follow up if I haven't heard back from this lead/customer"; and
support for recurring deals (such as businesses that sell based on annual subscription models).

2- There seems to be a fair bit of data visible (eg: metadata on each lead or contact) that really isn't important to the average user. And it would be great if a user could choose which fields appeared in the summary view of their contact, rather than just having the first few fields show.

Having said that, the Development team appear to listen to their community, so this comment may be out of date, depending on when you're reading it!

Pros: Brilliantly easy to use, full of features yet not bloated, seamless integrations with the Freshworks suite. Incredible pricing, and probably the best CRM for small to medium teams.

Pros: I like that it is easy to learn and use. You can sort your data in several ways, and at the same time, and this allows you to really drill down when you are prioritizing your contacts for the day. It also lets you see how many contacts someone else on your team got to in a day/week etc. Which is valuable when you are in a manager role, and or planning what is coming to you, or how it is handled if it is handed off. Also there is a schedule email option, that allows you to plan out when your contact will get an email, which can be handy and it will also notify you once it is sent out. Also you can create email templates that are either for your individual use, or for team use, with great ease, keeping you all on message. There are a LOT of options, that let you customize your experience and your data, and keep you on track of your contacts. Including notes, and tasks. I like the notes to keep the file updated, and tasks to keep other team members all on the same page with what the client is told, and what stage they are in; it really makes for fast and smooth team communication. (As a side note, I don't know what we pay for the product, so I can't speak to the value for cost, only for the pros and cons of the actual day to day use. So I skipped that as it is NA to me personally.)

Cons: When I have several pages of data, say 50 pages after my search, trying to get to page 35 is a little cumbersome, as I have to start at either page 1 or page 50, and go in the desired direction a few pages at a time. I can't just type in a box to go to page 35.

Overall: I am able to work remotely from the office and stay on top of my clients, and the office information with one smooth and easy tool. Plus it is available on both my Android phone and my laptop, and that makes my on the go life easier.

Pros: Highly Customizable, a lot of features for the price point, nice deals pipeline, overall a pretty clean user interface. Integrates with several other SAAS products.

Cons: Lead Import is a bit of a pain. Many CRM's let you map fields on the fly. with freshsales you have to setup the custom fields prior to importing :-( so it can be tedious if you want to create several new fields from an import. I hate, hate, hate the fact they have a last name mandatory field to import a lead. Many times I just have a company name as a lead and don't' have a contact first & last name yet so in less you create some dummy data (which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to try and maintain up to date data) your company leads aren't getting imported. I was ready to sign up & pay the monthly fee but this was a deal-killer for me.

Pros: After having tried multiple tools for CRM, we shifted to using Freshsales and have not looked back. It offers the best set of features, all tightly knit into one tool rather than being spread apart, for a very attractive price. - User Behaviour Tracking: Email tracking right from the tool saves a lot of hassles. This coupled with speedy two-way email sync in the basic paid tier itself makes this a one-stop solution for conversations with clients. Knowing when they open a mail or click on links help track how a lead might convert to a deal and which leads to focus on. - Lead Scoring: Each lead is assigned a score based on their interaction with the company and the information provided. The profiles are also auto-enriched with the social credentials. This feature helps assess which lead might convert and take actions accordingly. - Easy scheduling of tasks and activities - Excellent support: Anytime we have reached out with a query, we have had a very speedy resolution whether it was with respect to the product, pricing or anything else.

Cons: - Multiple Deal Pipelines: We are trying to track deals with different pipelines. While there is an option to create filters within the same pipeline, there isn't a feature yet to create different pipelines.

Pros: Finally a CRM that sales people can love. Freshsales makes it easier for me to keep on top of my details and it is such a pleasure to use that our CRM data is much more accurate. Sales forecasting works better now too.

Cons: There are no cons to using Freshsales. The product is very mature and can easily handle the scale required of extremely large sales teams, while still being easy to set up for small teams.

Pros: - cheap - but this does not help much as it does not work - if you use it in the free version for a small webshop without further integration maybe you can get happy with it

Cons: Feshsales is not for professional use, if you run a real company with sales and different persons involved in the sales process and you plan a CRM integration you better stay away from Freshsales. It full of (theoretical) features which do not work in reality and you have to spend a lot of time and money till you will discover that it is to buggy to work with it. - full of bugs and not working - team not willing (or able) to fix bugs - features cannot be used as they do not work - chaos in everything (integration lost, data changed, views look different, ...) Invest in another CRM tool if you are a professional, you will be regret if you use Freshsales. It is not worth to save the xxx bugs.

Pros: I like that I am able to practically import all of my graphics an text into the software, it is completely customizable which provides the best customer experience.

Cons: My only complaint is that this software does not have the capability of cross analytics and profiling which can be a bit of an issue as tracking is incredibly important.

Pros: The customer support has been great. Arjun and Sathya walked me through the setup and quickly responded to any queries I had. You can add customized fields based on your sales funnel. The auto enrich function works well to pull in additional data.

Cons: There is no funnel view for leads. You can't track if someone opened an attachment. There are quite a lot of standard fields which are not relevant to my business but which I can't remove.

Overall: Helped improve our CRM as we were moving from a spreadsheet system.

Comments: Freshsales is a solid CRM - not too flashy or the most feature rich, but designed well and provides tools to track how excited your potential customers are with your brand (by seeing how much they engage with your website or in your app - potentially great features). I would continue using it beyond the trial, but the two drawbacks for me are the lack of number portability (in to the app or out - meaning you'd have to give up your phone numbers if you ever left) - and secondly - the cost involved with getting a webform-to-lead setup means you need the max plan - $49 per month.

Pros: - Clean appearance - Flexibility with sales process - Responsive/active dev team - Email Read receipts - Ability to track user engagement with websites

Cons: - If you want to use a web-to-lead form (which can be considered a common feature for a CRM), then you are required to sign up to the most comprehensive plan - i.e. $49 USD per month which seems crazy - I'd only recommend someone signing up to this if they need to the other "web engagement" features - otherwise your just wasting money on this app. - Non-ability to port Twilio numbers (or any external numbers). A big drawback but I have an email from their team indicating that they are likely to change this. - No dash board giving an overview of sales and leads (you only see leads when you log in) - Ability to see financials about clients from Xero integration would be great.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you'd benefit from user activity on your website or inside your app, then this might be for you. Otherwise for the 99% of us that don't have an app or if you'd like to maintain business control over the phone numbers you use (e.g. through Twilio), or you'd even simply like an affordable web-to-lead form for your website then I'd probably consider something else - for example Zoho seems to offer similar functionality and doesn't lock you in with phone numbers or charge and arm and a leg.

Overall: We've been using Freshsales for the past few months and it's by far the easiest CRM we've worked with. A lot of other software is bulky and takes way to long to setup. We were up and running the first day with Freshsales. It's so Intuitive that our sales staff doesn't even need to be trained on it.

Recommendations to other buyers: If it doesn't do what you want, just ask. Their team is great at responding to feedback.

Pros: Seamless integration with our googlemail and calendar, seamless integration with our ticket solution. Phone integration is the best I expirienced in my 20 year career (but most of the other also where pretty bad). Integration on the events from the website

Cons: A list view of over 25 leads could easily been done via reports - still I would love to also have this option in the regular view - this is mainly an issue for an manager who tries to look into all the leads. Like mentioned it still works but could be easier.

Overall: Easy for us to implement and good daily expirience. The whole sales team likes me more now (and that is no joke).

Recommendations to other buyers: So far the best I expirienced on the market for non supercomplex usecases.

Pros: Their dashboard is simple and intuitive. It took my team just a couple of mins to understand how to use it (a major advantage over complicated crms like Salesforce that takes months to understand) I love the automatic email followups feature, it saves so much of my time to follow up with prospects. Also the email metrics give so much insight in how each campaign performed. Another cool thing they have is lead scoring, which basically shows how likely is a prospect ready to become your customer. Very very useful to prioritize on the customers that have a higher lead score.

Cons: It's a quality product from the team at Freshdesk so no real complaints. I'd like some integrations down the line with some popular apps.

Recommendations to other buyers: A useful CRM if you want to prioritize your focus on prospects that are most likely to convert as customers for you.

Pros: I wouldn't say this product has the most features, but it offers everything your sales team needs to get to work for a more than competitive price. The email tracking, for instance, is really handy if you have team members sharing multiple accounts. I've seen other products offer similar features for much higher monthly rates, so you're really getting a deal. I also like the user-friendly interface, which really helps when you're trying to get your sales team onboard with using a new tool.

Cons: It would be great if the software was a bit more customizable but if you have a traditional sales team with traditional sales needs then you should have no issues adapting to this product.

Recommendations to other buyers: I believe a 30 day trial is available for this product and I recommend trying it out. If you are trying to find a professional solution at a competitive price I think you will find that this product fits your needs.

Pros: I really like that this CRM tool integrates with Freshdesk and I am a fan of the "open email alert". I am also impressed with the service that I have received at Freshsales; I had a suggest for the software and the support team immediately jumped on a call with me to figure out a solution.

Cons: I wish that you could attach documents to the "Deals".
