Mes clients rencontraient souvent des bugs lors des réservations. Que ce soit pour MBO ou Momence, mes clients n'ont pas du tout apprécié l'ergonomie et avaient beaucoup de mal à s'y retrouver ce qui générait un surplus de travail de mon côté. Enfin, chez Momence, on m'a promis un logiciel ultra performant qui répondrait parfaitement à mes besoins, or, ça n'a pas été le cas, la migration a été catastrophique et on m'a vendu une fonctionnalité avec des SMS alors qu'elle n'est pas disponible en France. Pour moi, ça a été une expérience catastrophique.
