It was important to support austrias businesses. I love the design itself very much and the really easy way of thinking to use the software. Its very hard to catch all the needs of the people but they did a really good job and are fast improving according to the demands of us partners. I really love the support chat tool and that you get answers within minutes. Cons There is stil just one thing but I know its in planning. Its an app for the partners to administrate classes/workshops on the smartphone. That means you always need a browser to work and plan and whatever. Systems Manager Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Its ok - until you want to leave then all customer service is withdrawn" October 12, 2023 3.0 Started off ok when we were using only basic features, but when we were trying to implement a member-centred business plan, we had to make so many workarounds which was endlessly frustrating. When we expressed these concerns with eversports we were simply told that we have to continue until December to pay monthly only then can we exit the platform. These were the final reasons we left Eversports- unable to create memberships with an introductory price - unable to create special perks for members - e.g discounts for workshops, one to one consultations- unable to easily sell memberships on site through the seller ledger. (although we were planning to look into this with the sepa add on) - limited data views - KPI information that we require not easy to find. - unable to integrate with marketing automation -e.g mailchimp/zapier to created nurture campaigns - this final one is the most important feature which is missing. One email is not enough, we have to be able to trigger a sequence of emails. - overall clunky difficult features which mean we are constantly finding workarounds which are not really ideal Pros At first we were impressed by the friendliness of staff and speed of support. That people can find us through the app marketplace. German language is primary. Cons We were using a simple system of acuity scheduling to manage the yoga studio before, unfortunately due to lack of desirable functions - we did not complete the transition and at one point had 3 different booking systems because Eversports wouldnt let us leave within the first 12 months. So we are still being charged around 100€/month. Every email that we send regarding this seems to get sucked into the void. However - we have already been removed from their marketplace, so we are paying 100€ / month for basically nothing now. Reason for choosing Eversports Manager We have now switched to momence and are generally much happier with it. Switched from [Acuity Scheduling](https://www.capterra.com/p/191978/Acuity-Scheduling/) We TRIED to switch, as acuity is not really a class management system suitable for running a yoga studio but it was an affordable solution at the time. We wanted to find a system that was going to enable a member-centric business plan to be implemented. This was in the end aborted and we switched to Momence. Review Source IL Isabel L. We sell only online since one year which decreased organisational micro management dramatically- much more time for the rest of the business. Support was very helpful with our transition from our old provider, who just could not keep up with our growth and need for more functionality. We operate 2 cycling and 1 yoga location and the system is very open to customize it according to our needs. From schedule to booking and payment. We can not complain. And our customers are very satisfied and we had no issues whatsoever since we rolled out Eversports 2 years ago. The schedule looks nice Cons The software is not adaptable to our policies and the way we work as a studio. We have to adapt how we work so we can use this system. It should be the other way around. Besonders der schnelle Chat-Support ist klasse – die Reaktionszeiten sind kurz und die Lösungsvorschläge praxisnah. Es ist beruhigend zu wissen, dass man bei komplexen Fragen zur Buchhaltung oder Systemeinrichtung immer direkt einen kompetenten Partner an seiner Seite hat. Pros Am besten gefällt mir die enorme Arbeitsentlastung im Alltag. Vor allem die Automatisierung im Kundenmanagement und die strukturierte Buchhaltung nehmen mir viel administrativen Aufwand ab, sodass ich wieder mehr Zeit für meine eigentliche Arbeit habe. Cons Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich bei der Flexibilität: Zum einen ist das Layout der Rechnungen kaum individualisierbar, was eine Anpassung an das eigene Branding erschwert. Zum anderen fehlt mir als Studiobetreiber eine direkte 'Kunden-Ansicht'. Am Anfang brauchte ich schon einige Zeit bis ich wusste wie alles funktioniert (und ich hab definitiv noch einiges auf meiner Seite zu verbessern), doch nun läuft alles schon sehr gut und es hilft mir sehr meinen Studioalltag gut über die Bühne zu bringen. Pros Gute und leichte Bedienung. Das Programm ist super aufgebaut und man findet sich nach kurzer Zeit sehr gut zurecht. Es erleichtert die Planung und Koordination der Kurse enorm und bietet einen guten Überblick (Stundenplan, Kurse, etc...) es ist alles schön übersichtlich gestaltet und die meisten Kunden haben keine Probleme bei der Buchung, da die Bedienung einfach ist. Die Präsentation ist schön gestaltet. Cons Das man beim Membership nicht genau einstellen kann, welche Einheiten gebucht werden können - wenn ich zB anbiete 2 Trainings pro Woche kann ich nicht festlegen, dass 1 Training für das Mattentraining ist und 1 Training für das Gerätetraining. Das wäre schön, wenn es ergänzt werden würde... Von einem Support bekam ich sehr späte Rückmeldungen auf meine Fragen. Es dauerte einige Tage bis ich die Antwort hatte, bis dahin musste ich das Problem (E-mail Versand an Kunden) selbst lösen... Review Source AS Anouk S. De betalingen gaan altijd goed. De kosten zijn te overzien en goedkoper dan de concurrent. Pros De support. ze zijn altijd goed bereikbaar en ik word snel geholpen. Zeker in het begin bij het inrichten van de lessen etc. heb ik heel veel aan ze gehad. Ook al zijn er video's van alles, toch is het soms fijner als iemand het even 'snel' voor je regelt en dat gebeurde ook. Top service! Cons Die relative hohe Gebühr für Neu-Kundinnen, die über den Eversports Marktplatz zum mir finden.
