The process has been smooth and efficient, when needed you could contact the team and they are always willing to help.

Pros

The product is solid and reliable, the service and team have been really helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

No QR codes available unlike other providers, I was able to generate one direct up the booking page which will help keep the booking process streamlined

My experience with BookingTimes has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial setup through to going live, they’ve been supportive, efficient, and always professional. I’ve had great feedback from customers using the site, and it’s already helped improve workflow and visibility for the business. Highly recommend!

Pros

The team at BookingTimes was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in the success of my business. They created a website for Hunter Driving School that looks fantastic, works smoothly, and has made managing bookings so much easier. I especially liked how user-friendly the system is for both students and admin.

Cons

Honestly, there’s not much to fault. If I had to pick something, it would be that there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start — but their support team was always quick to assist, which made it a smooth process.
