I have enjoyed being part of this project since it's inception and implementation and seeing how far we have developed

I love working with analytics—being able to generate any kind of report and uncover exactly what I need to know about our operations is incredibly valuable.

Cons

l loved being part of one of the few departments that used fireworks. I'm happy to see the company growing, but I do miss the days when it was a bit smaller

We are a new user in the system still in training, very impressed so far. Starting with great communication with sales, to working with our project manager \[sensitive content hidden\], the initial impression has been very good. I have heard many times at conferences locally that EPR does listen to their users to enhance the user experience.

Pros

Listening to the users of the system for their needs. So far my questions and extra needs have been met during training.

Cons

The aged backside office, while there are not many users that have access. While this is not a huge issue, teaching others this side is fairly difficult and intimidating at first sight.

Fantastic! We can always get to a meaningful solution for any of the hurdles we come across. The “yes” mentality is what sets EPR apart. Looking forward to my organization growing within EPR as we move forward

Customer service. Moving from ESO was the best thing we did, and the staff we worked with at EPR have yet to let us down. The ability to capture multiple processes within one program has also been liberating.

Cons

Can be intimidating to the personnel not computer savvy

Overall a great experience. I was the project manager for implementation and never have been part of a product like this. The entire process was great and very well guided.

Pros

Easy to navigate. Highly customizable. Just about ever request we made as an organization was completed. Software that listens to their customers.

Cons

We recently added the learning management platform. We have been using task books with our previous software. So far we have been unable to design a task book with similar features as our previous learning management system.

Overall its been really good. The implementation made the difference. When we looked for a new RMS you guys were the only ones that could do what we wanted.

The responsiveness of the development team for new features or problem solving

Cons

Support staff knows about as much as i do. Many tines i have to speak to someone only to be told they will have to find someone else

Very Good . We came from ESL and prior to that we were in Firehouse. I love the user friendliness of this product. The transition to it was easy.

Pros

Customer support, BI is very fantastic report generator is a little confusing but with training it is getting better

Cons

Need to move staff management out of back office for admins. Shouldn't have to be in the back office on a daily basis.

Amazing more than I expected. I am glad that we made Fireworks our choice when deciding on a RMS.

Pros

Customer service, attention to detail, ability to customize. Every time I have a question or problem it’s promptly addressed.

Cons

That I don’t have all modules yet. There’s been more of a learning curve than expected setting everything up.

Overall it is still positive, has great potential, just not the easiest to navigate. We have come to the conference to expand our knowledge of programming and data collection.

Pros

The potential data that can be collected if the program is set up correctly. Ability to eliminate other programs due to the complex data storing and versatility of epr.

Cons

Seems antiquated, format is less streamlined than other programs. Program doesn’t auto save in the narrative section. Difficult to use the back office (admin side), hard to correlate the changes needed in the front office and where to make those changes in the back office.

The ease of use. Our last product was firehouse software and it had too much redundancy. This product is 1000 times easier to use.

It's been great. So much to do and to use in the program. Again, support has been 2nd to none in helping get through the complicated stuff

The ease and depth of the program, along with the customer service. Second to none! It's a smart workflow that is obviously influenced by the end user in depth.

Cons

Sometimes the filtering on reports is too hard to use. The and/or portion needs to be more like writing rules.

Well pleased. Have ran into some problems but customer service has been superb. From first contact with \[sensitive content hidden\]to implementation with \[sensitive content hidden\] and various interactions with user support. Everyone has been great to work with.

Pros

Customer service has been great. Everyone at EPR has been pleasant to work with. Implemention has been seamless.

Cons

Lack of one on one training. We had to get all of our onboarding via zoom and email. Would really have liked to have at least one full day of in person training.

I think the capabilities are limitless. We are only two weeks in and felt discouraged coming in to this conference. Since we've been here, everyone has been incredibly helpful and I think things will be much better when we take this information home to our department

Overall I am pleased with EPR Fire works. I am able to complete reports quickly and efficiently. We do not have all fields.

Pros

I like how I can easily complete reports. Me and my co workers are able to navigate the site easily and complete reports efficiently.

Cons

The EPCR portion can become better. The user interface can improve by changing the flow and ease of completing and reporting information.

Overall I have had times when I wanted to look for another provider. However overall happy with the progress although slow.

When we switched to Fireworks they were very willing and easy to access and work with. We like the multiple functions that it provides.

Cons
