Great staff. Any RMS integration has headaches, the overall system seems to be running smoothly without much Need for management to tweak

Pros

The integration was able to customize and build solutions specific for us. The flow for most sections works very well.

Cons

No app for most modules. The modules don’t necessarily speak to each other. If you add a P-number for emt, doesn’t talk to training module

Fantastic!! Fireworks is the best fire/EMS software I have worked in. I love the fact that you are constantly working to make things better!

Pros

The customer service and constantly working to improve the program! All of the staff are friendly and very helpful!

Cons

Working in the back office. The back office is very slow and clunky to work in. I appreciate that you have been working to pull things to the front of the software.

We have used FireWorks since \[sensitive content hidden\]. Due to department issues, it has been a very overwhelming transition from the old reporting software. FireWorks seems to have much to offer and has been more than helpful. Due to the company and reporting software offering so much it has been a struggle to figure it out. This conference has been very beneficial, and showed us the potential of what the reporting platform is. Just as a department need to utilize the tools to create the platform.

Pros

The staff of EPR FireWorks is more than willing to help and go out of their way. It’s customizable to how our department would like it.

Cons

Although it is nice to have everything customized to department preferences. It is very over whelming to start out. Figuring out how to work the back office has been challenging.

All databases in one platform. We consolidated to EPR because of every thing they offered.

Cons

So many changes, and so many options, without a good database to research all i could be using. Workflows in training would be helpful.

My experience with the software has been great. Overall this is the most dynamic platform on the market.

Pros

BI ESRI intergration Openness to ongoing suggestions and improvements. The staff and comapmt leadership.

Cons

The release tempo is sometimes too fast. Sometimes there are small errors. Also, need to consider training for the release.

Overall very good. Customer support has been great. We are continuously finding new ways to use the system to better serve our department and community.

Pros

Customer Support and customization of software. The incident reporting has allowed for improved reporting and better quality control.

Cons

The back office can be a little difficult to navigate. Wish that the training module could be refined more to limit ways of entering training.

I was not trained properly by our “administrator” however the staff here has been AMAZING!

Pros

Support lab & the support staff. Also the quick actions session was extremely helpful!

Cons

The lack of training that was pushed out by our Administration. Not something that is a “you” problem.

It was hard at the beginning but it is getting better. The staff is amazing to work with and that makes it all worth learning.

Pros

I think the quick actions give a chance to make doing Epcr very simple and user friendly.

Cons

The flow of fireworks was hard to learn. I felt like I had to keep jumping back and forth between options.

The product has been very good but the transition was pretty rough. Hopeful that things will get better.

Pros

BI and Reporting including ad hoc reports. The ability to generate a great deal of reports and process the data helps with my reporting.

Cons

Transition from Emergency Reporting was very rough. Not enough time between education and go live date and not enough time to set up the inspection checklist.

There is a wonderful support team to work with. If I need assistance, they are always willing to help out in a very timely manner. Thank you!! I want to work for this company one day.

Pros

This tech support is great!! Easy to use system. I was skeptic at first, but I have learned the system little by little and love it.

Cons

Haven’t found anything I don’t yet. I’m in the RMS daily and multiple times a week. Everytime I get stuck, I can reach out to someone for the help.

Its been a long year and our implementation could’ve gone better. Overall, I am happy with the end result, but it was a struggle to get there.

Its an all in one platform that covers all of our functions. We have all of the modules you sell.

Some modules seem to be incomplete or disjointed. Staff works, MIH and community works

The customer service has been great. I always get quick and helpful responses to any questions I have.

Pros

It is customizable to what my department needs. We are able to get some much more data out of our reports now. The support we got during the transition was amazing.

Cons

It crashes frequently on iPads. The firefighters have to clear the cache and cookies all the times
