Pros I like the BI module and LMS module. I like the functionality of creating tons of reports and pulling stats from different parts of the program. I like the record keeping of the training but would like more permission control on what users can see and do. Cons I don’t like that all department events are in the training calendar and feel that a calendar module with filters would be best. As well I wish you could create adhoc reports that could be published on BI for members to quickly reference. Starting with great communication with sales, to working with our project manager \[sensitive content hidden\], the initial impression has been very good. I have heard many times at conferences locally that EPR does listen to their users to enhance the user experience. Pros Listening to the users of the system for their needs. So far my questions and extra needs have been met during training. Cons The aged backside office, while there are not many users that have access. While this is not a huge issue, teaching others this side is fairly difficult and intimidating at first sight. Have ran into some problems but customer service has been superb. Pros Customer service has been great. Everyone at EPR has been pleasant to work with. Implemention has been seamless. Cons Lack of one on one training. We had to get all of our onboarding via zoom and email. Would really have liked to have at least one full day of in person training. Again, support has been 2nd to none in helping get through the complicated stuff Pros The ease and depth of the program, along with the customer service. Second to none! It's a smart workflow that is obviously influenced by the end user in depth. Cons Sometimes the filtering on reports is too hard to use. The and/or portion needs to be more like writing rules. Helped greatly with recent rating review. Pros The Innovation and continued support provided by EPR staff is great. Future growth plans of the product are promising. Cons The migration of data a the beginning was not fun. But support was very helpful and work with us through every step, even now. I was the project manager for implementation and never have been part of a product like this. The entire process was great and very well guided. Pros Easy to navigate. Highly customizable. Just about ever request we made as an organization was completed. Software that listens to their customers. Cons We recently added the learning management platform. We have been using task books with our previous software. So far we have been unable to design a task book with similar features as our previous learning management system. However overall happy with the progress although slow. Pros When we switched to Fireworks they were very willing and easy to access and work with. We like the multiple functions that it provides. Cons Although the people were helpful the program has something’s to be desired. Overall look splattered together with no flow. They are definitely customer oriented. Pros Customer service is outstanding and always listen to what we need. Cons Report generator is a bit overwhelming figuring out. Would like more pre built reports based on what most use. I'm glad that four people from The Villages attended. Cons Compressed time frame. There were several topics I wanted to attend. Some of the topics were not offered on both days. I know this is the first one of this size. You should poll the attendees to see if three days would be acceptable. This will allow attending more sessions.
