Ease of use for the end user. Having so much info available

Billing per invoice not an account. Reinsp are not their own inspection number. The 2 tie together

Updates on the new products and user interfaces. I'm glad that four people from The Villages attended.

Cons

Compressed time frame. There were several topics I wanted to attend. Some of the topics were not offered on both days. I know this is the first one of this size. You should poll the attendees to see if three days would be acceptable. This will allow attending more sessions.

Fantastic, EPR is quick to respond to all the support email requests. They are always improving the software.

Pros

All in one SaaS solution for fire departments with painless implementation and great customer service.

Cons

The Pre-plan module will sometimes have outdated maps due to delay in Google Maps updating their maps .

It was the best decision our agency made. Our collection rate has veen the highest its ever been.

Pros

I love the ease of the program and the dact that the old and young did not have much of a problem using it. I especially appreciate and love the customer service. The other thing i love is the invoicing module i helped create.

Cons

The color difference that went away when the new rollout happened. We also don't like that the colored tear drops went away

It’s been a tough transition with our crews but it seems to be working with the updates to the program.

Pros

Customization and customer support are second to none. Every time I’ve had an issue it gets addressed quickly.

Cons

User interface seems dated but the updates seem to be addressing it. We transitioned from ESO and the crews were very used to that UI.

Quality Assurance I use the quality assurance and improvement benefits of fireworks. So far being able to send feedback to our staff is very good so far.

Pros

I work in the back office administration of fireworks. The BI is also very intuitive. I am looking forward to using the report generator.

Cons

The epcr system seems to work very well for the end user. All of our staff seem to use the system with ease.

I am a system administrator for my department and have enjoyed learning the full capabilities of the program.

Pros

I like the BI module and LMS module. I like the functionality of creating tons of reports and pulling stats from different parts of the program. I like the record keeping of the training but would like more permission control on what users can see and do.

Cons

I don’t like that all department events are in the training calendar and feel that a calendar module with filters would be best. As well I wish you could create adhoc reports that could be published on BI for members to quickly reference.

EPR is a good program. I like the program. I wish our firefighters would do better work on it, but that’s something we need to work on, not your staff.

The ease of completing reports. Easy access to back office.

I use to not like the incident number was in the place of the cad number but Lonnie just fixed it for me. Freakin awesome!

EPR is keeping up with the demands of reporting while continuing to augment their services to meet the demands of the user.

Pros

I like that the EPR Support Staff not only accepts feedback for improvement but actually implements the suggestions.

Cons

The site is still not visually appealing to the end user. Our provders came from ESO and are accustomed to their flashy site. EPR can improve here.

It has been a great transition from our old legacy rms. Our department data has grown and become more accurate and accessible as a result of us moving to EPR.

Pros

The entire program. Being all inclusive and the ease of use for the end user. The ability to gather and decipher data has been a huge plus.

Cons

The program is designed to be all inclusive with that said, not knowing its full potential is the struggle. I learn new things through every training and use.

Very positive but can be overwhelming at times. I really appreciate the support labs offered at all conferences they are very beneficial.

Pros

All inclusive one stop shop for our department data. Customer service is second to none.

Cons

The flow of ePCR is clunky and big push buttons would be more helpful for options. Training module is intense and has so many capabilities but hard to take it all in at times.

There has been a few hiccups but the customer service is amazing. I can put in a fix ticket with pics or a video and it is taken care of quickly

Excellent. The content is relevant and the knowledge shared is great! The networking with other users and FireWorks staff was much needed.

Pros

The opportunity face to face with the FireWorks staff was great. I was able to discuss a need that would have been a challenge via email.

Cons

Nothing. The space is adequate. The group sizes are reasonable and the opportunity to ask questions is afforded.

The products have made data collection and reporting easier. Helped greatly with recent rating review.

Pros

The Innovation and continued support provided by EPR staff is great. Future growth plans of the product are promising.

Cons

The migration of data a the beginning was not fun. But support was very helpful and work with us through every step, even now.

Firehouse was going away. We switched to ESO and it was not what we were sold. Move to EPR was exactly what we need.

For the most part fireworks has been a huge improvement for our department. Our last reporting system was very time consuming and repetative.

Pros

Ease of use for end user. Easy to write reports and track reports. Very easy to create reports when needed.

Cons

Back office, management not very user friendly. I find it difficult to set up inventories and create lists.

It has been a good alternative to Firehouse that is gradually progressing. Customer service is attentive and responsive.

Pros

Incident Reporting and EPCR. Both of these modules have greatly improved and the new interface has made it simple.

Cons

Work orders could be improved. It is very choppy and hard to navigate and could be a little more generic.
