Our collection rate has veen the highest its ever been. Pros I love the ease of the program and the dact that the old and young did not have much of a problem using it. I especially appreciate and love the customer service. The other thing i love is the invoicing module i helped create. Cons The color difference that went away when the new rollout happened. Pros Customization and customer support are second to none. Every time I’ve had an issue it gets addressed quickly. Cons User interface seems dated but the updates seem to be addressing it. We transitioned from ESO and the crews were very used to that UI. Pros I like the BI module and LMS module. I like the functionality of creating tons of reports and pulling stats from different parts of the program. I like the record keeping of the training but would like more permission control on what users can see and do. Cons I don’t like that all department events are in the training calendar and feel that a calendar module with filters would be best. As well I wish you could create adhoc reports that could be published on BI for members to quickly reference.
