Likelihood to Recommend:Not LikelyExtremely Likely
Pros: compared to some other HEP programs I have demoed. I enjoy being able to view exercises without having to select or create are patient. the protocol set up or changes to existing protocols with easy. and patient access was reported uncomplicated and nothing but positive experiences were reported. progression charts were a feature i think I would have really enjoyed, but I was not able to use the functionality during the trial period.
Cons: the costs. while I could easily add exercises, many basic exercises not available. I am also not a fan of conformity and many of the subjects are dressed differently with different backgrounds making printouts loud (i know, weird issue) an ununiform. some exercise positions are incorrect and/or do not show body movements (ie trunk rotation for golf) required for a patient to visually see so they can mimic the exercise. there are other programs that are less expensive with more exercises, and they are other programs out there that are similar in cost with easier functions and more exercises. while this is a good program, I only chose to use the 30-day demo and not to continue for there were better HEP online choices for the money they were asking.
Overall: it was easy to use and easy to view exercise programs without the hassle of creating or selecting a patient first. choosing exercises was easy as well as searches for specific muscles or desired types of exercises.
