Just love the easy use to this!! especially seeing the schedule and day by day timelines HELP ALOT Pros What i love so much about the software is how easy it is to look up shifts, look up people, and even commincate with other about shift openings and other important information. Cons Sing up is quite difficult because other companies mix with other companies stores ( ex starbucks, mc donalds). as well sometimes the shifts are not read correctly and are incorrectly written. Pros It let's you know about a shift you have two hours or more beforehand. Allows you to communicate with other team members without giving out your number Cons Sometimes it freezes but not often. Pros I like that the app will give you notifications on when your next shift is and how available the schedule is. Cons Sometimes it takes a little while for the app to load, and it would be nice to be able to choose how far ahead you want the notification for your next shift. I didnt know that branch also allowed some team members to be able to get an advance on their paycheck. That's awesome. Pros Shift swap is a nice feature to look for someone to take your shift. Schedule alerts are great to remind you two hours ahead of your start time. The chat and schedule features are also great. We have all our schedules posted on this. The app notifies you of your shift starting two outs ahead of time. This can be good or annoying. I like how you can create a profile about yourself. Cons I don't like how anyone at work can post anything on the app. Some of the things like details in creating a profile are bit difficult to post. For some reason it doesn't take my information. I don't like how it constantly notifies you. It can be good and bad as I stated before. August 16, 2017 5.0 The ease of knowing my schedule, requesting time off, any problems that may occur information we need to know about anything going on at our business we always know as long as it's posted,updates on what is going on being able to post about needing coverage very simple and easy to use and understand. Pros I always know when I work by using the schedule, the fact that I don't have to call to find out is great. Cons I think it's off on how many hours it shows that you work, they don't seem to be correct and when things are posted in the activity area it doesn't let me see all of the message that is written. December 11, 2017 5.0 Pros Branch makes it very easy to switch shifts and still keep track of who is working when. Scheduling is a breeze as we just post a picture on branch and everyone gets it. They send you a notification on when your next shift starts, which has saved me a few times. Cons I do not like the color green. February 19, 2018 4.0 Pros All our team members are able to access the weekly schedule from their phones, everyone gets a notification a few hours before each shift so that they don't forget. Cons Our team members being able to post their shifts has caused a little bit of confusion. We had to explain to some of them that if nobody replied to their post saying they would take the shift, then the shift was still theirs. I have a lot of issues accessing my message history and also have to close the app and reopen it several times before I'm able to view my schedule. While I generally work with tutors that are tech-saavy, it provides peace of mind to know that I don't really need to explain much more other than: we use Branch, take a look and let me know what questions you have. The pricing is very reasonable. This app makes my life as a manager incredibly straight-forward. Cons We've noticed some glitches when it comes to syncing shifts to calendars. January 25, 2019 5.0 we are using branch at my job, so all of us can be prepared for work! We also have discussions and ask about shifts. It is an amazing app for our company. Pros I could be reminded when I had work! It was a life saver! It has all of my shifts on a schedule! Cons Mostly, just the bugs and small little flaws that can be easily fixed. I love this app! I also love the fact that it sends you a reminder before your shift is going to start , this is the best app ever!!! I also love the fact that it can tell you how much your next check is supposed to be ! Another thing that i like is that it allows you to look at your coworkers schedule and your allowed to easily message them. And see what you'd get paid for that week Pros That I can see when I work and who I work with. I can see how many hours I'll receive and how much I will get paid that week! Also, see how many others work too! Also, easy way to get in touch with every staff member all at once! Cons It doesn't show my past pays like since I get paid biweekly I'd like to take my last week and week before to add up and see what my paycheck would be but it won't let me review past pays. July 14, 2018 4.0 Always knowing what days I work this week. Being able to contact any of my co-workers. Receiving a two-hour alert before my scheduled shift. Pros I love being able to check my schedule anytime I want. I also like that I am able to release, or pick up, a shift. I like the daily calendar feature that shows what employees are working at what time. The messages section is nice to have because you can easily message a co-worker because you do not always know their phone number. Cons The total weekly earnings always seems to be off. I learned to not pay attention to it because it does not count my hours correctly. Also, the feed seems to occasionally be slow and unresponsive.
