Pros I like how easy it is to use and how I can connect with my coworkers. Cons I don’t like the Branch Pay. I haven’t set it up but I always get too many notifications about it. There's no excuse for my stylists nor knowing there schedule our being late. Cons I'd like to be able to delete old employees myself when they aren't working for me anymore. I love the fact that my schedules is always at the the convenience of my phone rather than having to call in to get it or go into the store. Communication is so fast and simple when getting a message out to the work place. Pros I like the fact that communicating with everyone in my work place is in one app. We're able to stay up to date and on the same page by posting on the feed, checking schedules, and also switching/covering shifts. November 30, 2017 4.0 Pros Schedule synching is fantastic! Although, if the photo of the schedule cuts out any letter of employee's name, their hours won't be synched to their shifts/hours/earnings. Cons A tad glitchy on the Galaxy Note 5. Notifications are seen, but when in app they don't show up. The inability to quickly delete multiple old posts is a bummer. It's proactive and constantly has updates based on what people want out of their scheduling system. Cons It's kind of laggy sometimes and glitches. Even when I have internet sometimes it won't show me things I know are supposed to be there. Other than that I love it. March 7, 2018 4.0 Pros I like being able to check my schedule whenever I need to. Its an amazing thing to be able to whip out my phone and refer to my hours weeks in advance. Before using this app I showed up to work thinking I was scheduled but I actually wasn't! This app has saved me several times from being late when I get the notifications that "heads up your next shift starts at:\_\_\_\_" Very helpful app. Cons I think that the interface could be a little more user friendly and unique. I could see some better fonts or a darker theme. Its a lot of white and green which can get a little boring at times. I think there should be a favorites screen that has your schedule for the week pulled up right there so I don't have to go through so many screens to get to where I want. Review Source CB Cody B. As well as 1-on-1 communications with managers that is extremely convienent and allows for a quick message to be sent to dept heads without having to take time from the actual work-day. Pros This software is so easy to use and has amazing mobile to web compatability. Its a collaborative app and allows staff members to chat both about and not about work, make announcements and trade shifts. If only we could get our payroll clerk to get on it and automatically change in the timeclock system. I honestly love this app and everything it stands for. Cons The only thing I don't like about the app is that it doesn't take unpaid lunches into account and overestimates hours (40hour week with 5 1-hour lunches =45hrs in app when staff is getting paid for 40) Review Source ML Mary L. I love the GIFs that are available also. Cons I wish the customer support was based in a country where English is the primary language. I did not receive any assistance from them when I was trying to find one of my locations, after about 6 emails back and forth. After they created a new account under that location name and deleting it, I ended up finding it myself. I also wish there was better functionality for above store level users. I have 5 locations in my app. Sometimes it is hard to figure out what location posted something new. Also wish I could post on all 5 locations simultaneously. It saves time and energy for me that could be used else where Cons I have trouble with the transition from the main page to the shift or shift swap page. It's so much better than having to go into work or call in to ask when my next shift is. Love being able to trade shifts around so easily and post updates. Cons From time to time, when you lost several schedules for the upcoming weeks, it will combine the schedules onto one week, causing quite the hassle to adjust.
