August 24, 2018 5.0 Great to use for our workplace, all of our employees are on there which makes it easy to reach out to them when we change schedules or post schedules. Pros Easy and fast to use! We can even load GiF! Highly recommend! Cons Sometimes it does lag but overall pretty neat app! It also provides announcements and allows for switching shifts. Cons I can't turn off the time off request feature that I don't want available for employees to use. Also if you remove a user instead of remove and block you can't go back and block them. I love being able to chat with all my staff through the app. Once Branch is set up, any employee can communicate with another without having to worry about a phone number list. All of our schedules are on Branch. I print a paper one but it's rarely used. Cons There are none, really. I would like to be able to customize the request off section to include certain times instead of whole days outside of regular availability. Other than that we see no cons. Pros Helped me get any shifts covered plus post the schedules really fast. I loved how you could show your availability under the workers names. Cons Other than sometimes the app not being able to be downloaded to certain workers phones the major issue we had with it was just how slow it loaded up when I would post topics on the front page. I also appreciate that you can so easily post photos and updates that keep your team informed with what is happening at work that day. Pros I love the work community it creates. It makes finding coverage for shifts a lot easier. It also makes posting off days and availability simple. Cons I find it hard to find open shifts on my feed page. The page doesn't update as it should. Also, sometimes shifts do not show up on other people\`s apps even if it is on mine. Cons It's nothing I don't like about this app I use it every day so it's not much I can dislike about it. I think its also great that you can post shift trades and communicate easily with the entire team. Cons I dont like that it seems to only let you post one scheduled time off. Also the heads up from the app when my next swap shift is. Cons I dont like that some of my shifts are seen by the app and I'm not given a heads up. I love that it shows me my schedule so I don’t have to call and ask what it is every week. My favorite feature would have to be shift coverage, it is extremely helpful when the unexpected happens and sends an alert to all of your coworkers.
