Pros I love how easy the software for branch is to use and I love that my team and I can stay connected. Schedules upload fast and they are USUALLY pretty accurate . Cons Sometimes there are errors with uploading schedules and A.M. and P.M. get mixed up but for the most part everything is awesome. " February 22, 2018 5.0 Pros The ease of use, it is very simple to go through the app and see what I need to do. The messaging with others on the app is also a plus, if I want to try to cover a shift for extra hours or if I need a shift covered. I like that it tells me when the new schedule is out, and if I ever need to reach out to my store manager, it is right there at my fingertips! Cons Unable to see all my hours worked; it will show me week to week but not my whole pay period at once. Along with that it does not show my whole earnings for that pay period, it only shows my week to week as well. It's pretty dependable. Cons I wish it offered an instant transfers option. To my knowledge, it doesn't have that option right now. I don't want to have to go in and transfer my money every week. Allows fraud and charges from places that you can clearly see on a map that are not a business. Or even a bogus address. Not only that multiple charges from fradulant so called companies in the same place they operate. Pros Should work correctly, but dosnt as its not even a bank or banking institution. Cons Allowed fraud even though its was flagged while pending, No live help or support. Claim u will get a call back and you dont. Respond to a email, up to 90 days to handle theft. This way I can't be late pr forgetful of my shift. It also helps keep track of my pay. It combines your schedule and wage to give an estimate of your next pay. January 4, 2018 5.0 Pros \-The fact that it takes information from a picture and turns it into text to create daily schedules is awesome. -It sends you reminders prior to when your shift starts. -Easy way to communicate with all of your employees instead of sending out mass group texts that no one wants to be a part of. Cons \-It's only happened once so far but when a picture of the schedule was taken, it registered my name incorrectly for a week, preventing any reminders of shifts. -I haven't checked in the settings to see if it can be changed yet but if you are working a morning shift, the reminder is sent out long before you even need to wake up.
