I love the ease there is with having an application like this; and I also enjoy the fact that when someone is hired and they join branch, I can kind of see who the person is before I work with them! Pros I really enjoy the features Branch has to offer. Like being able to post shifts and having the ease of already being able to message coworkers without trying to find numbers or remember numbers. Cons It can be pretty slow and messages won’t send until days later. I sent a meme to my boss and she didn’t get it until a few days later. It helps me keep up with my coworkers and my spending. Pros I like the fact that it keeps up with all of your spending trends so you can see where you can improve it can also keep up with your work schedule and it even will give you an advance if your running low on cash. Pros Reminds the user when a couple hours before their shift. Easy to look for coverage and/or pick up shifts without having to manually send e-mail blasts or text/call. Format is simple and straight forward. Cons Can sometimes be glitchy or buggy which makes the experience feel a bit choppy. Also may take quite a while to load depending on the device. Accessing branch messenger on the computer is definitely different than the online platform and should be adjusted to give users a similar experience.
