It makes sure that both the frontend and backend developers do not bug me about SOPs, since everything is simply available in one location. Pros We've used Backlog with moderate success up until we had many times more users, well this has done that same as of today but now I don't have to explain to each teacher what it is they're doing. That's cool, I didn't even have to send a techie in to install the whole system. Cons Although the mobile app is very difficult to use and has serious lag problems. I absolutely detest the fact that you cannot remove a Channel if you created it within a Space or Folder (which is kind of ridiculous). And I also think it is silly that I cannot enable my Camera for Clips. Compared to Wetasker, Backlog offers more comprehensive project management features. Wetasker focuses mainly on basic task and milestone tracking and simple collaboration, whereas Backlog brings structured issue tracking, customizable workflows, and timeline visualizations — giving us deeper control over complex tasks and deliverables.
