Pros: I have recently switched to this due to, not price, but ability to customise and i was blown away by the potential of this software. it is totally free, a goodness in and of itself, but don't underestimate it. it has almost any feature you would want from a medical record keeping software and i way better than several paid one ( i used practice fusion, kareo etc). although there are no versions for ios or android, but it can still be accessed from there as it is a broswer based app.

Cons: very difficult to setup without a good knowledge of computer and programming or help from someone.

no native versions for various operating systems

customisation for your setup will take quite some time.

Overall: perhaps the best software for your clinic if you have some knowledge of programming/computer, so that you yourself will be the master of your record keeping software (other paid native apps are almost totally devoid of this freedom). from now onwards, this is my solution.
