### "Powerful tool for Endpoint Management"

May 26, 2026

4.0

Overall, I think Endpoint Central MSP is a powerful tool to help manage IT endpoints for MSPs and IT teams.

Pros

Ability to manage multiple client environments in an efficient way. It helps a lot in tracking real time stats of the endpoints.

Cons

The tool has quite some learning curve. There are a lot of modules within a single solution and can be a little overwhelming going through it and every module and learning about the smallest configurations.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP

### "Manage Engine is superior to NinjaOne"

March 30, 2026

5.0

Very professional, Very supportive, and made onboarding our devices super easy. We were coming from NinjaOne after a horrible issue with them and their billing. ManageEngine was able to make it so simple we moved operations quickly and without major impact to our users. 100% ManageEngine > NinjaOne. The value you get also puts things like Altera where you pay a massive fee per tech for "unlimited" endpoints. Except its not unlimited; its limited to how many 1 tech can do...

Pros

The inclusiveness of the product, the segementation between Device management and mobile device is a long running unnecessary division. The product has a natural and easy to use flow that can be picked up quickly by a Helpdesk I to a Sr. Engineer

Cons

There is not a ton I dont like, #1 issue the drop down from changing clients sometimes is a bit sticky and takes a second selection. A few more wizards would also be nice.

### "Robust Endpoint Management for Serious IT Operations"

July 14, 2025

5.0

I run an MSP and use Endpoint Central to manage multiple mid-size clients. It’s not just another tool — it’s a control tower. After implementation, we cut troubleshooting time in half and gained real visibility over patch compliance and endpoint health. It takes effort to learn, but once properly deployed, it gives you scale, traceability, and peace of mind. It’s ideal for teams that manage infrastructure seriously and need to show compliance and results, not just "monitoring with pretty graphs."

Pros

Patch management that works. Reliable, flexible scheduling, and solid reporting. Built-in compliance reports aligned with CIS Controls help justify decisions to leadership. Easy-to-use asset inventory with exportable, filtered reports for hardware and software. Complete vulnerability management, with CVE correlation and direct remediation actions. Replaces multiple tools by centralizing patching, inventory, scripting, compliance, and more.

Cons

The platform is very extensive, which means a real learning curve. It’s not plug-and-play for junior techs. The interface feels dated in some areas, and reporting dashboards require manual setup.

I like Endpoint Central MSP, it's essential for a good control of your company and customers. And it offer rebranding.

Pros

I have used on premise and cloud version and it is very good solution for control and monitorice your company and customers.

Cons

It's a great tool; I would recommend it to many clients and anyone who needs to manage their devices, given the wide range of devices it supports.

Pros

the use of the remote troubleshoting tool, it is easy to use, and it help use to have a faster helpdesk than others tools

Cons

The way the settings are arranged is a bit messy; it needs to be more organized in terms of where each setting should go.

### "Powerful endpoint management solution with a learning curve"

May 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP has been positive during the evaluation phase. The solution appears powerful and suitable for centralized endpoint administration, especially where patch management, software deployment and inventory are important. However, a structured implementation and careful configuration are necessary to use it securely and efficiently in a professional environment.

Pros

ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP provides a broad and well-structured set of endpoint management features in one central console. Patch management, software deployment, inventory information and remote management are useful for keeping client systems under control. The web interface is generally understandable, and the product offers many options for managing different customer or organizational environments.

Cons

The product is very feature-rich, which also makes the initial setup and orientation somewhat complex. Some areas require time to understand properly, especially permissions, agent configuration and policy structure. Documentation and guidance could be clearer for new administrators. In addition, some interface areas feel overloaded and could be more intuitive.

### "Efficient and Reliable Endpoint Management for MSPs"

May 5, 2026

5.0

My experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP has been positive. It simplifies endpoint management with automation, reliable remote access, and centralized control, though initial setup can be slightly complex.

Pros

1\. Cost‑effective compared to many MSP tools that require multiple add‑ons for similar capabilities. 2. Centralized web console with logical grouping of features (patching, configurations, tools). 3. Requires some upfront time to understand policies, configurations, and automation logic. 4. No dependency on third‑party remote tools. 5. Consolidates patching, software deployment, asset management, remote control, device tracking, and security controls in a single console—reducing tool sprawl for MSPs. 6. Reliable OS and third‑party application patching with automation, detailed compliance reporting, and flexible approval policies across multiple customer tenants. 7. Good Automation and Scripting: Supports custom scripts, scheduled tasks, and policy‑based actions, helping MSPs standardize operations and reduce manual work.

Cons

1\. Performance may slow down when managing a large number of endpoints. 2. The interface can feel cluttered and not very intuitive, especially for new users.

### "Governance Heavy MSP"

June 11, 2026

5.0

It has been a great experience - No software glitches or errors, makes sense, nice GUI. The team has been responsive and I feel this will make an overall strong upgrade to our tools.

Pros

Ability to utilize stronger tools compared to other RMM systems - This could replace or compliment. We plan to use it to enhance our Governance capabilities.

Cons

I have not found anything yet. The UI is not as modern as most but as a utility like this, I feel it will be a better compliment system.

Pros

It is a very user-friendly product; it literally takes you a few clicks to do something, deploy software, updates or retrieve any information you need on a device and it displays it in a usable format, and you can export it easily from there into Excel or PDF.

### "Efficiency At IT's finest"

August 8, 2023

5.0

Overall, the amount of time I've saved remoting into machines, automatically pushing software using configurations when making a new PC, pushing registry changes, checking things with the remote Command Prompt, remotely patching and seeing remote computer performance has really given me a ton of my time back. That is absolutely crucial for us since I'm the only IT person we have for a company with over 100 computers to track.

Pros

The automated patching. This has done wonders for freeing up time I could spend doing more important things like furthering our company in software development.

Cons

I think how hard it is to uninstall programs. It doesn't get a very complete list from individual users. For example, I had zoom installed for several people and it was giving me problems in Tenable.io. I couldn't use this software because it couldn't find it. I had to uninstall each one manually.
