"Successful in improving our Google ratings across all our sites."
Pros: Rivews has been a successful campaign for our organization and has boosted our google ratings to over a 4 at all four of our locations. Before Rivews, we were at a 3.5 average across all four sites. Rivews also notifies us of low scores which allows us to perform service recovery. This is a great tool to evaluate the customers experience. We find that customers are comfortable voicing their concerns through Rivews, which allows us to understand their experience better. Within less than 90 minutes, the patient receives a text to rate their experience. We are extremely happy that Rivews asks the customer to post their positive review on Google. This is why our ratings have improved significantly. Cost is reasonable and results are proven. If you are looking to boost your presence on Google, Rivews in the one to use.
Cons: I do not have any cons in regards to this product. We have had nothing but success so far with this product and we enjoy being a part of Rivews.

Overall: This has been a tremendous service our clinic has used to market and promote our urgent care. Yasir and his team have gone out of their way time and time again to help our team fully utilize the analytical tools made available to us through their website. Rivews has supplied us with the ability to collect a reliable and complete patient feedback data set. With Rivews, every patient has an opportunity to provide their feedback in a comfortable matter by not having to supply it directly to an employee in the facility. I highly recommend Rivews to other companies looking to better their reputation online and for those looking to easily acquire and analyze accurate patient feedback data.
Pros: Ease of use and the software team's ability to tweak the analytical tools to better serve our reporting needs. Early on we liked that we were able to adjust the content of the text the patient received.
Cons: I thoroughly enjoyed each feature the software provided. The few cons I had with the analytical tools were quickly adjusted to meet our needs. No cons at this time.

Overall: Rivews is a fantastic tool for our Urgent Care Centers to maximize the number of reviews we get while minimizing the efforts for our staff to obtain them! As a practice manager of 30 years I have never had a survey platform produce this kind of result in such a short time. A GREAT number of our new patients expressed they tried us based on our terrific and frequent reviews. It's also been very empowering to the staff to hear such great feedback from our patients.
