It is incredibly frustrating, time consuming, and inefficient. **Pros:** I am struggling to come up with things that I like. I like that you don't have to log all the way in to clock in/out. I also like that there is a lunch in/out button. I like that it gives you space to put your likes/dislikes/hobbies **Cons:** Incredibly slow load times for all pages, often timing out and requiring logging out and back in; issues with time clock-not set up to handle 24 hr shifts-no flexibility in it at all, often created random missing punches when making edits. Issues with pages loading or showing "no employees;" Does not track accrual of PTO. Will show you the number of hours you have but does not have a running list showing when you accrued the hours. Took months to get incorrect PTO numbers corrected for staff and Admin and still having issues with it not being quite right. Many staff have given up and are just going to take the hit. Holiday pay does not show up on time cards at all-dont know why. Does not notify administrative team about time off requests. Struggles with basic functions and often requires closing out the program entirely and starting over.
