Pros Netchex provides an easy-to-use, all-in-one platform for payroll, HR, benefits, and onboarding. It has helped streamline processes across both of our dealerships, saving time and improving efficiency. Their customer support is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. Cons There is very little to dislike about Netchex. If I had to identify an area for improvement, some reports and settings can take time to learn when using the more advanced features. However, their customer support team is always available and helpful, making it easy to find solutions and continue working efficiently.
