I didn't get all of the help that I needed from support which is why we ended up cancelling with them. Pros It was easy to use for the administrator and when I called for support the wait times were minimal. Cons The UX was very outdated and not user friendly for our employees. There is not one thing negative that I can say about the software. It is very user friendly! I was not aware that our company would have to do so much work just to change to a new payroll processing company. That has never been my experience before. It was always set up for us after expressing features and settings that we wanted. With Netchex, we as the client, have to do most of the work. Review Source SB Sandra B. " October 9, 2017 3.0 Pros Support team responds quickly, making changes in employee profiles is fairly easy to do, variety of Netguide tasks available Cons Instructions are out of date, lack of future dating actions, no ability to make company changes across all employee profiles at one time, since the update a lot of admin reports and controls are no longer available, no ability to customize on-boarding to collect specific information our organizations needs. Great way to request time off & have schedules on hand at all time since you can check it from your phone. Pros I love how detailed it is & easy to work with & great customer service when you call support. We also love being able to view timecards & what you make per day. Cons No complaints yet. June 22, 2018 5.0 It takes a little getting used to if you are a small business coming from the ADP/Paychex world. Phone support is not the same; you do not call in and hold. Instead, you submit a case and they call you back. Great training videos and step by step guidance so you can learn how to do the work on your own, which is a time saver. Great product for those who do not need handholding and are comfortable entering a payroll on their own. I would not reccomend for someone who calls their payroll in. Pros LOTS of features. More robust tracking than ADP for things like start dates, performance reviews, and vacation accruals. Also, can I repeat, I'm saving 80%!! Cons We had a bad experience during implementation. It was a bad rep. The VP stepped in to save the day and get our first payroll processed (the data was migrated). Review Source TR Tommie R. The one thing I like most about NetChex is the reports I can generate - I am able to custom build all my reports with only the information I need - I can have as much or as little information on every report. No issues or problems at all. Pros Netchex is extremely easy to use. The initial setup was handled by the set up team at Netchex and it went very smoothly. No issues at all. Some features/reports take a little bit of looking around to find it, but overall very easy. The service from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is exceptional. They are always ready to help and are very knowledgeable about how the software works. Cons I'm a person who likes to look around the software and see what it can do. If you are not very tech savvy, then you might need extra help from your service team. It can be a tad bit confusing where to find things. Reason for choosing Netchex It was price competitive and they had a relationship with our benefits provider, so benefit set up was very easy. Review Source BR Blaine R. Before you call customer service you can try to figure out the solution on your own which is definitely the most memorable method of learning in my opinion. Cons What I like least about this software is the initial wizard to manually onboard employees as well as the link that we send the employees to get into the system. The wizard isn't comprehensive enough and should prompt adding their accrual plan as well as their direct deposit. The initial email that it sends employees expires in 24 hours and so I am consistently having to resend it. Review Source RG Rene G. Pros Ease of use for simplified payroll purposes is the best feature. Customer support is always amazing, very courteous and knowledgeable. There are a lot of explanations and instructions, if you need them. If you get stuck, they have the best customer service. I have my own customer service rep that I have built a relationship with. They are constantly making changes/upgrades to it and looking for ways to improve. Cons The only issue I have had with Netchex so far is that I don't like if you make a change to a bank account it doesn't show the change date so it looks like you were using that account when you weren't if you print the invoice.
