### "Good Payroll Company for your money."

I mainly like the customer service side. I don't deal with a bunch of different people.

Pros

I like the reports side of the program. Also the customer service is amazing with NetChex.

Cons

I have to submit my payroll a day earlier than other companies I have used. I wish the time input side was where I could just type in the numbers as I go.

Cons

There was not as much training as I would have liked. Many videos available but less over phone support.

Pros

easy to access reports. Love that each employee has access to their profile and can easily view check stubs and demographic information. Easy to add various levels of access for managers/supervisors.

Cons

PTO/Accrual system could use some enhancements; would love more parameters for each report so we can drill down further.

Great customer service, easy to navigate, user friendly.

Pros

The program is very user friendly with drop down menus. It has been very easy for our employees to navigate around in the tabs and to understand the set up.

Cons

The one feature that is a little uncomfortable to me is when I mass add hours, under the Earning Menu, I would like to add one lump sum of hours for an entire week instead of only being able to add one 8 hour sum which populates for the days in the chosen range of dates

Some features do not quite work right for our organization, lack of response and updates to ideas, items being worked on for future updates etc.

Netchex is a fantastic payroll provider that goes above and beyond to help clients. I can't speak highly enough about them.

Pros

I love the integrated platform. With our old payroll company you would have to make the same change in several different areas of the software. With Netchex it only takes once. This system is so user friendly it makes training a breeze. And the customer service is second to none!

Cons

The only downside for me is I wish the time and attendance side was a little more updated with options.

Cons

Some functions of Netchex were not listed on pages you would think. Not as straightforward as it could be.

Quick to use and customer service is really great. I always get help immediately and everyone is always polite!

Cons

It's not very intuitive. It's hard to figure out what to do, but I guess that's where customer service comes into play

Ease of use, employee participation, IMMEDIATE , LIVE customer support, any detail or report we could ever need, navigating around the incredible amount of options...the entire program is extremely well thought out and very user friendly. Our account rep, should be a manager / trainer...she is outstanding and does an incredible job of representing what NC means to us

I'm a new user with this software and find it easy to use and informative.

Pros

I like that this software keeps up with all of our payroll needs and the tabs make it easy to find what we need and go in and make the necessary changes. I also like that we can see our PTO/Sick hours and it tells us how much we have left, we can request the days off and make changes.

Cons

I don't have any cons right now. It does everything I need it to do.

My company used Netflex as its payroll company for over a year. Their website is easy to access and documents are easily located.

Cons

I don't have confidence that Netchex knows the ins and outs of tax issues for every state and locality.

Pros

Easy to use for payroll and the customer service is excellent!! I've learned so much by using this software, and it has helped me improve my work life a lot!

Cons

It is a little complicated but only on some parts. The scheduling is hard to learn. I have yet to master this part.
