Managing teams and keeping customer information, we managed to move our anolh information into software, which becomes easier than flipping pages to look for information

Pros

Able to update the user interms of deadlines to meet.system user friendly

Cons

If you don't put in information you forget what you want, so the need to keep putting information. However the software provides easiness

I am sure that it's a good software but I would choose to use something else.

Pros

It allowed us to track companies and people that we had talked to about staying at the hotel on a locally negotiated rate.

Cons

The account that was set up for me always struggled to let me in. I lost track of how many times I had to reset the password even after just resetting it. I eventually stropped using it as our corporate office switched us to a different software.
