Pros

Wow, there is no doubt that SutiDesk is a very complete and effective company, I will definitely return to continue working with them, I made it clear that it is one of the best companies that can be found in the area of help desks.

Cons

I have no complaints to give on the contrary I only have good reviews that is all that this company deserves. Excellent work.

Pros

Incredible effort that the SutiDesk company makes to keep the customers happy, I am very satisfied to have worked with them, I have no doubt that it is one of the best in the field of help desks.

Cons

I really do not have any complaints to give, on the contrary, just congratulate them for the excellent service, it was very rewarding to work with a company with its warm service and empathy with the client. Very good.

Easy to onboard team members and use, plus some automated processes save time over other CRM alternatives

Cons

UI isn't great and the dashboard feels like a corporate-y app that hasn't been updated in a decade.
