Pros: it's a great tool if you need to hire people who nedd to talk in their job (such as sales) as you can qualify them straight away (language skills, being at ease while talking to the screen adds up some anxiety too). most of the candidates really loved it as they thought it was an innovative tool.
it's easy to set up. you can use templates, you can integrate it with your ATS which makes it even simpler.
Cons: some candidates do not like this way interviewing however, though it's not the con of the software.
Overall: easy to assess candidates, saves time on those who don't qualify based on language for example
