Swyx could use some work
Pros: Swyx allowed our company to port over our existing VOIP phone numbers to their program. The software itself was simple and easy to use.
Cons: We found that the software was not very reliable. It would consistently crash and interrupt phone calls. We had to reset the system more times than we can count.
Great, flexible system
Pros: Great flexible PBX packed full of features. Call recording is simple and the ECR engine allows you to almost do anything using VB scripting
Cons: Can be expensive and only elitetele.com provide good support. Even though nearly all SIP handsets work with the system full integration is limited outdated ugly Siemens handsets
