It helps me set up a budget, it is pretty easy to use and while I do not need every field (or sometimes even half of them) it is useful to go through each section for brainstorming purposes if nothing else. Pros The software is easy to use if you are comfortable with spreadsheets. It helps me remember easy to overlook expenses. I’ve yet to use all of the features. Pros I like the flexibility of of the spreadsheet. You can track every aspect of the flip. It’s easy to save different sheets for multiple homes and generate reports. Cons Some of the input tables could be rearranged. Also, the templates provide a great starting ground to create items to run your business in the beginning until you are at a point to automate and pay those take some of the work off of you.
