Otherwise, the dev team can certainly flesh it out and get it done, it will just take longer than you might have thought.N.B. But all integrations and fixes are ALWAYS done in a timely manner and expectations are ALWAYS met and exceeded. Switched from [TrustBankCBS](https://www.capterra.com/p/128755/TrustBankCBS/) Geographically, our operation is handled closer to Bansoft’s offices, also TrustBank was too expensive for us a new bank trying to keep a tight budget, and expectations were not being met in a timely manner. Though the TrustBank team is not a bad option, we are VERY happy with our change and would highly recommend Bansoft to any other financial institution that is looking for a turnkey Core-Banking and Online Banking solution. Last year we hired them a dedicated resource for new developments at the platform for our business model and was super efficient. Pros The best about this software is that can be tailored to a great variety of business models as different modules can be added as well as if it is needed to developed new functionalities it could be done very efficiently. \*Excellent Customer Service \*Scalability \*Easy integration \*Problem Solving solutions Cons Although Bansoft is responsive, it would be great to have an in-house app. Also an accounting module.
