Support is like none other. Ahead of it's time. Cons I didn't know about it sooner. Would have made a world of difference in my business had I implemented it sooner. Pros Acenda does it all, lists products for sale on our own domain and across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Overstock. We have been using Acenda for 2 years now and since our initial launch our sales have grown over 500%. The platform design allows us to easily manage orders, update tracking numbers, generate invoices, communicate with customers and add or update product information. The support we receive from the Acenda staff is second to none. We have had a pleasant experience since day one and will definitely recommend Acenda as a top notch e-commerce platform provider. Cons Some of our staff would like to have more tutorial videos at our disposal. The tutorial videos are very helpful in aiding us to self start our account. We look forward to seeing videos focused on email marketing, pay per click advertising, display advertising and affiliate marketing. We got rid of our channel advisor account, magento store, and search provider. Not only are we saving thousands in IT but our business is back in the growth track. Pros Acenda provides out of the box functionality with simple customization/configuration. They are quick to fix bugs (if any appear). Overall, very happy with their pace of innovation. Cons I wish they had video tutorials. We rely on their help desk documents. They fine. Still I would love to watch videos.
