Ease of use - our non-legal stakeholders can intuitively use the product and love how it works! Clean UI - no unnecessary options, everything make sense Great support - very responsible support who've been able to help us out in a pinch The self-service option is getting better and better - excited about the potential!

Wish that some of the newer features would be implemented into the older workflows faster (we are just now finding out about some features that have been available for a long time but weren't reflected in our workflows)

Contract workflows took some time to create and perfect but the functionalities are there, though sometimes not apparent. - Customer Service is helpful and turnaround time is usually 1-2 days. - UI is passable. Takes some time for end-user to learn. - Contract management - Database is useful, with no powerful proximity search like some competitors, but it's functional. Version control is built-in and apparent.

Pros

\- The ability to send and receive new versions of documents through email without the need to download/upload to existing workflow is very convenient. - Built-in text editor with ability to @comment someone in-line is useful for minor redlines and collaborating internally (but UI still needs work). - Activity feed and email tracking (when enabled through a CC) allows for storage of discussions around redlines so that future teammates can look back at contract negotiations without having an admin search through a previous employee's inbox, for example. - Salesforce integration works flawlessly - Docusign integration lacks visibility but it's good enough

Cons

\- Getting workflows set up to cover possible permutations and outliers was 2 months-long, aggravating experience. The problem lies in that changes to a workflow template will not affect in-flight contracts, so you would have to take the docs out of and go through email/Docusign, which cancels the need for Ironclad. Most of the time, you don't discover you need to change a workflow until you are already in the middle of contract negotiations. Some examples: - Our signer was OOO, but we did not set up a backup signer in the workflow template. All of his in-flight contracts had to be restarted or taken down to email and counterparties had to be contacted manually. - An in-flight contract needed to add an addendum page to the packet, and this doc had to be signed by Counterparty. However, we didn't build-in an addendum page possibility into the workflow, so we couldn't get it signed along with existing docs. Had to download all and go through email/Docusign, then re-upload to Ironclad repository.

LinkSquares was ultra powerful albeit with matching price tag. Outlaw is newer, a lot more flexible, and had almost all the functionalities we were seeking in mid 2022, but not quite there.

Overall I have nothing but good things to say about . Each Ironclad representative I have had the pleasure to speak with has been polite, helpful and professional. The application itself has been so easy to use, I have really enjoyed building out the workflows and training my team, and I have no programming application background at all. I would highly recommend this application to anyone. You will not regret using Ironclad.

Pros

I like how easy the application is. I took the Developer training and was ready to build out the workflows after the first training session. It was easy to pick-up and I felt like gave me all the tools I need to be successful right out of the gate. The customer service has never been lacking, from the first day until now, and the application is so easy to use, it has been easy to roll the application out for everyone and get them in and using it with ease.

Cons

I see a lot of potential with the application, as for as additional functionality. And when I have offered suggestions to , I do feel like they have taken these suggestion and actually implemented them. The only true Con I can think of is a better "audit" trail of the back end (like somewhere to see a date and time stamp of when users are added, removed, given permissions, etc.)

Overall, provides a reliale solution for managing docs ans contracts. This platform makes it easy to handle them in the future as it saves time and reduces manual error by a lot.

Pros

Smooth contract lifestyle management with clear workflow, it's easy to use dashboard makes tracking editing ans managing documents easy and simple.

It's a bit difficult for new users and the limited customization templates compared to some editors.

Pros

I actually just have learned about it for a new project, but the ease of use is commendable. Learning how to create online forms through is very user-friendly and will only take you a few minutes to finish one. You can also give quick edits to your form if after doing QA you saw that something needs to be modified.

Cons

Least I like about it is the few options to choose from to go over about editing texts e.g. option to highlight specific information that is an important to be filled-out in a form.

Pros

It's functionality is great. The report system adds a true value in helping the firms/company to increase efficiency. It minimizes effort in versioning up and having a comment section is great in keeping all the notes. Being able to store metadata is crucial in terms of renewal.

Cons

It's just not great. It can be better. Non-legal background users have hard time understanding the process. These process and system is very foreign to them and it doesn't resemble any other software that they use. So it takes a long time for them to understand the importance of versions, redlining, and metadata. Not being able to upload PDF is a big issue. Building a brand new workflow or tweak a bit takes too much time to build. There's not enough self producing(despite Blueprint) and self control in admin's perspective and we have to reply on 's support team most of the times. I don't think that's efficient in either side.

All legal request use to go through an email distribution list to our entire legal department. There was no assignment, no accountability, and no approval chain. fixed our email overload and made approval, signing authority, and back end filing issues disappear.

Pros

For me, hand downs, it is ease of use. We needed a system that could be easily be adopted by not only our legal team, but everyone in our company. was designed for legal departments and it is taking a complex process and making it simple. We have expanded use to so many other departments solely because it is easy to use and has been so widely adopted by our users.

Cons

I titled my review "Pros of " because there really are no cons. Sure, I would love some features that are currently not offered, but I don't consider this a con. They are very receptive to requests and make efforts to get me want I'm looking for.

has significantly cut down the time Legal spends generating form contracts and chasing down signatures.

Pros

I love the redlines feature. My internal stakeholders find it easy and intuitive to use and love being able to keep track of where their agreement is in the review cycle. Any time we need help or want to change a workflow, have been incredibly responsive to our requests.

Cons

I wish there were Dashboard filters. For example, currently I can sort my active contracts, but I can't filter them to see, for example, only those that are in the "Archive" stage.

As a new user over the last couple months my experience with has been great. Ironclad support has been really helpful and responds quickly. They listen to the feedback of their customers to always try and improve the system to fit the needs of their customers.

Pros

I love the design of the system and is very user friendly. The dashboard shows the exact stage the workflow is in. Communicating with the internal and external team is really helpful to track the progress and changes of the workflow. The metadata makes is really easy to see all the important information related to the contract.

Cons

A contract status feature showing which contracts are currently active or have been terminated or expired but am aware this feature should be released in a future update. Some more resources on how to create custom formulas for workflow designs would be helpful.

I've gained a significant amount of time thanks to the platform's ability to automate contract requests, approvals, and reporting, which has allowed me to concentrate on other crucial tasks.The ability of to uphold the security and confidentiality of sensitive contract information is another important insight I've gained from using it. I feel confident knowing that confidential information is protected thanks to the platform's role-based access and audit trails, which guarantee that only authorized users have access to crucial contract data.

Pros

It is simple to use and has an intuitive layout that makes it simple to navigate. We have saved a significant amount of time and effort by being able to draft, negotiate, sign, and manage all of our contracts in a single, centralized location.Its conditional approval workflows, which guarantee that each contract is reviewed by the appropriate party and nobody else, are one of the platform's standout features. This has greatly improved the effectiveness of our contract review process and removed bottlenecks. We have saved a ton of time during the contract drafting process by using the clause library and pre-approved templates, which are both excellent resources.Its ability to facilitate collaboration is another major benefit. The platform enables collaboration between our teams, clients, and suppliers, greatly simplifying the signing and approval of contracts. We can negotiate contracts more successfully and keep everyone on the same page thanks to the private comments and versioning features.

This is a great product with little or no training required. Highly recommend for a start up small to mid size business.

Pros

I love the audit trail, I like the fact every change is tracked and versioned for any updates and that fact any change to any stakeholders is communicated it keeps everyone on the same page.

Cons

Very little to dislike in my role the changes are bearable as I review rather than amend contracts but it could get cumbersome with multiple changes depending the size of the team involved in contract changes.

It has all the tools needed to create contracts from start to finish. It allows you to keep track of each contract to ensure compliance. Everything is organized so that no contract presents any problems with the stipulations. What I like most is how easy it is to use because it clearly details the purpose of each tool.

Pros

When creating contracts, what I found most difficult was writing each one because you have to have the exact words to convey in detail everything that must be stipulated in the contract. With the help of , I've improved a lot in that aspect. Since I started using it, I don't have to worry about writing because its AI assistant is very good and facilitates the process. It also has all the necessary tools to start drafting and finalize with an electronic signature.

Cons

It's a work tool that offers more benefits than drawbacks. I haven't experienced any problems. I like how well it works.

I would give it a 6 out of 10. The ease of use and learning curve is relatively simple, but it's difficult to find old and completed workflows.

Pros

It's a relatively easy to use software to send out contracts and documents for signature. But I have issues finding old contracts in , and don't think it's useful for that.

Cons

It is practically impossible to find old documents and contracts in . The lookup fields are tough to use, and we've used it for multiple years so it pulls up contracts that are not relevant to me when I search for them.

Overall experience has been so positive that we are going to move off of DocuSign entirely and over to . We believe they are better positioned with their product roadmap to support our company as we scale in the coming years.

Pros

The user interface is a lot cleaner than most other CLM software, and it's clearly been designed with integrations in mind. It's a surprise when these integrations don't work perfectly, because usually they do.

Cons

As a very forward-looking product, I wish there was more prescriptiveness within the product that shows you what best-in-class CLM looks like. As it exists, it's very choose your own adventure which is daunting if you don't have a full-time admin.
