A simple, easy to implement chat service for customers!

Pros

We finally settled on smallchat after going through a few other chat applications. We really liked the ease of installation plus the Slack integration which is key to us. We've been able to adjust settings to our liking (example - show chat option to logged in users only) which is nice.

Cons

As far as I know, conversation histories are only tracked on our slack channel. However, I haven't logged into our smallchat admin panel in a while to see if there is another source somewhere so I could be mistaken. Otherwise, I have no other issues with this app.
