Cons The CMS is not as friendly of a user interface as I would like. It takes a great deal of mapping out and trying to remember where things are placed and consulting the help forum. Pros Relatively low cost, assisted with copyright protection Cons We have since spoken with management and learned that the support we needed is offered in an Enterprise plan. Without that plan, we only have access to basic support, regardless of the severity of the issue. However, their senior representatives have met with us to learn the issue and determine how many issues need to be resolved. After speaking with them, we feel a bit better about the matter.
