If you are a mid-sized company, consider the Enterprise plan or the support will be very complicated to receive. **Pros:** Relatively low cost, assisted with copyright protection **Cons:** We have since spoken with management and learned that the support we needed is offered in an Enterprise plan. Without that plan, we only have access to basic support, regardless of the severity of the issue. However, their senior representatives have met with us to learn the issue and determine how many issues need to be resolved. After speaking with them, we feel a bit better about the matter. We will update this again, upon resolution. **Reasons for Switching to Muvi:** Pricing increased too much for us to stay. Jessie B. Muvi started out great and was very responsive to platform issues. Now they are full of empty promises and are very delayed in providing support to new issues. Customer service is awful now and never responds back in a timely manner. It's very hard to recommend them to anyone. **Pros:** The platform when it's working, works well and is easy to use. **Cons:** Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.
