Pros: Intuitive to use, great for logging hours against Jobs and the software allows you to modify some of the details so you can make it bespoke to each Job. Reports are easy to print. Great Customer service, the staff Arctech Pro are helpful and quick to respond.

Cons: Would like to see a more comprehensive area for adding notes to the jobs. Sometimes hard to search Jobs by anything other than Job number but i believe this is being sorted out.

Overall: Able to keep Jobs electronically in shared area, logging hours against quotes, Invoicing

Pros: We love the concept as it is relatable in architectural language. It is very user friendly and it makes adding office time and invoicing so easy.

Overall: Everyone now has the visibility to view projects easily and managers can check office time and project costs very simply. We set up now projects and pricing and everyone can view and change as required without leaving your desk.

Pros: Allows for easy tracking of employee hours and expenses on jobs.
We use it to track resources within the office and project overruns on projects.
Has greatly increased efficiency in the office in relation ot snagging and BCAR reports.
Ensures an easily searchable database of reports and snags giving peace of mind in the BCAR process.
Intuitive layout allows for easy management
Great customer support willing to upgrade and adapt software to suit user needs.
