Through the trainings that i got on this system, I have been able to train my team on the usage of the tool and this has improved SKAP Progress within my department. Pros Aspiration system makes it easy for employees to drive their own SKAP, It is also a smooth process as it automatically send the e-mail to the manager so that HE/She can be able to assess the Frontline teams from their comfort zone. The system is easy to use as it has training material embodied in it so that Employees can go through and be able to use the system Cons The challenge with the system is that some of the competency guides are not loaded on the system so it is difficult to assess other employees and this leads to others to be left behind interms of digital journey.
