Aspirations is a great tool to monitor and manage the capability of our Sales Force.

Pros: The assessment's are easy to conduct and the scores easy to report on. The software allows us to identify the capability gaps within our Sales Force. This valuable information is used when we develop our training plan for the year. It is user friendly and provides valuable information if used correctly. The information on the software is only as good as the quality of the assessment's conducted by the managers.

i have been working with Aspiration since 5 year its a good tools
Pros: helpeful , Easy to work , quicky and can find the CG for we need for the busines , pull the report for the past years, and the employees can became competente in their job and help what they need to do to where they can find the guide for to close the gaps to become competente on theirs expecific positions.
Cons: Limited level of departments , cannot only create one more level to specify the other level Ex: only have L1 or 2 see the progress of line 1 or 2 need open more level 5
It has been a very useful tool providing both learning, guidance and competence to employees.

Pros: Enhances performance through self learning. It is also easy to manage learning and raise competence of staff and thus enhances individual development. Sometimes I wonder what led Brian to come up with this excellent tool. I believe if more awareness is brought to other Company's in Tanzania and elsewhere, they would love to use it. It makes one understand what he is expected of him/her through the learning objectives. A very useful tool indeed.
Cons: Absence of user's guide/self learning material for new staff. I would suggest that one is made available. Otherwise Aspiration / CAP is an excellent tool.

Pros: The software is user-friendly and also easy on the eye. The different categories, for employees, managers and executive summaries guides the individual to exactly where he/she needs to be. The graphs are also a big help as it give you an overview of exactly what the progress is.
Cons: The only thing that could be reviewed is the information pulling through the categories could be quicker, for example, when I log on as a manager the %competency might be 63%, but as soon as an executive logs on the %competency might still be at 60%... which the needs to be explained.
Overall: My experience with Aspirations is very positive. As you can keep record of your team or organisation's performance and competencies at a click of a button and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to do so.

Pros: its straight forward, saves data for easy retrieval, its quick and effective
Cons: after every session one needs to log in again ,so one needs to login a lot of times in a day
Overall: managed performance as one can see where improvement is needed and how they have excelled in the past quarter, builds relationship between manager and employee as it engages in one on ones
the Aspiration staff are always willing to assist and advise upon any requests they spend time on the client

Pros: The ability to extract reports at any time and view progress.
Cons: It is sometimes difficult to access some of the information - you need to search under various headings in order do an assessment on an employee. This link must not be hidden, it must be put in a place where every user can easily find it.
Overall: We are using it for our Operations Academy where each job title has objectives attached to it which each employee is expected to know. When an employee is not yet competent, aspiration shows us the list of those employees and relevant interventions can be done to develop individual development program to close the performance gap.

Secondly, it is a good performance management tool for both leaders and as employees.

Overall: it is a great gaps identifier for any company, you know what your employees needs are.

Pros: The ease of use. I previously used a system that was complicated and made pulling a report to time consuming. This system is easy to use and offers lots more information per individual. It also allows a graphical view to make trend analysis easy

Pros: Simple and not complicated. Even your most junior staff can use it with ease. Historic data is kept. Offers a full suit talent management bouquet, performance management, training and succession planning.
Cons: Minor glitches which were later resolved with ease. Great support from the system developers. Aspiration has been streamlined to suit our needs, developer is easily accessible, cares about the system, tends to our needs with urgency and professionalism. Complies to deadlines all the time.
Overall: The system has enabled us to drive performance management to all levels of people in our organisation. It has also been beneficial for our increase and bonus process.
