It makes it possible for all participants to contribute towards a shared process that gets documented in real time without the need to spend hours after the meeting translating from white boards etc. Pros It's the best tool I have found in terms of being able to document processes using UPN as well as reviewing and maintaining them. The software is fast and easy to use and easy to explain to new users. Cons That viewer (free user) comments cannot be placed onto a process map (only on side bar). Cons There are a few clicks required to add other elements to whatboxes such as documents and other attributes. The documents feature is handy but there are far better knowledge management tools in market that I would pair with Skore rather than use Skore to store documents.
