From the very beginning, onboarding was smooth and intuitive, we always received prompt support from the VOGSY team, and in a short time we were able to get fully operational and help roll it out internally. In terms of ongoing back office configuration, I appreciate how flexible VOGSY is, it adapts well to our realities, the flexibility it offers allows us to refine configurations continuously as our needs evolve. On the data analytics side, the integration with Google BigQuery has been a major advantage. The data stays automatically updated, and I can leverage Power BI to build dashboards easily, useful both for high-level reporting (e.g. management or board) and for operational teams on the ground. The combination gives me the confidence that we always have accurate, up-to-date insights tailored to different stakeholder needs. Overall, from my personal viewpoint, VOGSY has delivered on flexibility, ease-of-use and data-driven insight. I recommend it to others looking for a tool that grows with their operations, from setup to configuration to analytics. Especially the revenue forecast chart which combines planned revenue with weighted sales pipeline revenue gives me an opportunity to see into the future. Pros Vogsy is an applicition which does exactly the right thing. If you are an IT-expert or a basic user. Vogsy is accesable for everybody. All our employees plan the projects, log opportunities or write their hours in Vogsy. This means that all the information is available all the time. Based on charts and overviews in Vogsy, checked mobile or on desktop, we can make the right decisions. Cons In the past we have had some performance issues with Vogsy. As many of our projects have repeatable, predictable cadences and steps we are able to use the template function and replicate or build project quotes very quickly. Vogsy integrates with Google Workspace, so we have a seamless organizational tool. Cons The internal program "help" functions are difficult to follow and often don't answer the questions we have. Further development for self-employment of functions and usability would be great. Pros For years I have dreamed of a tool that would integrate within the Google ecosystem, Vogsy has done just that. It feels like an extension of the tools that we use everyday: Gmail, Google Docs, et cetera. The transition from our existing platform was fairly painless and our team was up and running within days of deployment. Cons I do not have many pain points with Vogsy. It covers all of our bases that we need to properly manage our team and the day to day operations of the business. I liked how the team embraced our company. However it was false hope. They would not deviate from their ways and it cost me thousands of dollars. What a mistake. For a SaaS business, it's never a sustainable situation to overpromise or underdeliver. And so that's definitely not what we ever set out to do. After reflecting on your feedback here, we believe that it was a matter of expectations in different parts of the business that caused things to grind to a halt. In hindsight, it's clear that it was CRM, rather than PSA that you were looking for. Whilst we spent quite some time with your administrative team to cover the entire scope from quote to cash, that ultimately was never embraced fully. Pros It is a pleasure to make proposals with Vogsy: - I enter quote information (amount, relation, contact person) - Vogsy then generates the quote from a template and stores it in Google Drive - I finish the quote by editing the generated Google Doc - Vogsy then sends my manager a notification to approve the quote - after approval Vogsy sends the quote to my contact person through Gmail It does not end there. After receipt, my customer can digitally sign the quote. Vogsy automatically saves the signed quote in Google Drive. In Vogsy I can then convert the quote to a project with a single click, so the project execuation can start right away (resource planning, time registration, invoicing). Never been this easy, never been this efficient. Cons I manage many projects and quotes so I received many notifications on my feed. Its good for readers to know that VOGSY also integrates fully with Microsoft 365 and apps like Sharepoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. You are right, notifications can be switched on or off as needed, and also additional notifications via email can be switched on or push notifications to your phone from where you can immediately access VOGSY to do approvals for example.
