I use it with different clients.This used to be a manual process and now I get a centralised view with updates every hour. Promotion tracking is perfect to tap into competitors promo calendars and the frequent updates help us react quickly to competitor price changes and tactics. Our subscription plans outline a certain amount of products and competitors that can be tracked per product. The plan you¿re currently on does have a limitation of up to 10 competitors per product, however the Business and Enterprise plans don¿t. Users can track unlimited competitors across various markets, including eBay and Amazon. It¿s quite easy to upgrade, it can be done from your ¿Account Settings¿ within SpotLite. We also provide managed services such as maintenance, which includes maintenance of current products being tracked as well as addition of new products. We currently do maintenance for quite a few customers, including customers in the US, AU & Europe, and I¿d be more than happy to discuss details with you, should you be interested.
