Pros

Our business has been working with E Display for 4+ years. They are very reliable and offer top customer support. We know we can always count on them.

Cons

We feel the interface could be a little more user-friendly. Overall, we do understand how to use the software, and whenever we have questions, we know we will get the right answers in no time.

Support team rocks! Always get a quick response and positive help when we need to troubleshoot an issue.

Pros

Quick & Easy to update. Takes me 2-5 minutes once a week to update the screens in all our retail showrooms. Support team helped me create a new custom layout template to display video and multiple static images at the same time.

Cons

Have had to replace controller boxes behind the screens. Would love to have the ability to pre-schedule new content appearing - like how we use LATER for social media.

E Display's customer service is beyond reproach. \[sensitive content hidden\] was/is a pleasure to work with. He was beyond patient with my lack of IT knowledge and held my hand during the set-up process.

Pros

A very affordable and easy way to update the directories in the lobbies of my office buildings. After much research I stumbled upon E Display and am so glad I did!

Cons

My experience with E Display had absolutely no cons! Their professionalism shined through from beginning to end.

Customer support is always there when needed. It is a little confusing for first time users and I have relied on the IT department for use. They have been right there when I need them.

Cons

At this moment, nothing. \[sensitive content hidden\] from IT has been extremely helpful in setting up and being there when I need him.

Reasons for choosing E Display Digital Signage

I considered this product due to the cost of a monthly subscription. Everything is set up with the signage droid. I just had to plug it in and set it up.

This is a "Set it and forget it" solution for your small-chain signage solutions. We are growing and have multiple locations now, so it works for big chains too!

Cons

A little dauntin up front, but I have never done this before. The tech support is o great it will overcome your initial knowledge deficit.

Support and serice is amazing, staff is create and knows the in and outs of the software. Well developed team.

Cons

I wished they talked me into using the templates sooner than I did. Templates replaced hours of work.
