Everything I blame Payfit for is its price. Pros I used Payfit for the output of payroll files and the different related declarations. The software does all alone and me, I only have to check afterwards. Cons What I liked the least, obviously, is the price. Payfit surely offers a good payroll solution but with a downright high cost. Cons It used to be a bit slow but in recent times efforts have been made to improve all of the available features. Pros Payfit is our HR software now, that has replaced our accountant in this field. Now we are fully autonomous concerning payroll and HR. I use it also for the expenses, time management and time off management. Everything is fully integrated and easy to use even when you are not an HR expert. It also made it easier to find the information you need quickly and make management decisions in your business, as well as other things like annual leave booking. Pros It is how payroll should be. Everything that should be automated can be configured and runs every month. If any information is missing, for a new employee for example, you get a notification in advance so you're not delaying pay day. We initially got this for the payroll feature but are starting to use it for the HR side as well. Pros It has allowed us to bring the Payroll inhouse so we have up to date and accurate information to hand when we need it. The helpdesk is so helpful and have always come back in a timely manner. The staff have walked us through the whole implementational and as running Payroll is new to us have been very patient with any questions we have, including building a bespoke report for us. Cons Sometimes the time it takes when getting into a feature is a little slow, but so far the only negative. Je gère mes congés dessus directement depuis mon téléphone ou depuis l'ordinateur. Je remplis mes one to one dessus et je conserve tout l'historique. February 9, 2026 1.0 NO LO RECOMIENDO. Se supone que me iba a quitar trabajo y ha sido todo lo contrario. El proceso de Onboarding fue un desastre (los irpf estaban mal calculados, tuve que avisarles varias veces, no aplicaban bien los convenios, incluso detecté falta de conocimientos básicos por parte de algunos de los gestores). Me ofrecieron dos meses gratis, que se entiende que son para probar, pero el primer mes y medio fue perdido a causa de todas estas incidencias. A mediados de diciembre quise darme de baja para no continuar en enero y me dijeron que tenía que haber avisado en noviembre, cuando todavía estaba en el periodo de prueba, un sinsentido. Me he sentido estafada. Pros Se ofrecían como una solución para simplificar los procesos, automatizar y que funcionaban como una gestoría on-line Cons No han sido nada cuidadosos en el proceso de onboarding, han cometido varios errores y no han hecho nada de autocrítica. It is quite simple and convenient to use. Clear interface. Pros The profile language can be changed (French, English, and Spanish available). I can see my team's availability on the dashboard when I want to take leaves. They have also implemented an AI tool (chatbot or something like that) to ask questions related to payrolls, etc. Cons Nothing in particular. C’est un outil fiable et pratique pour gérer la paie et les RH au quotidien, surtout pour des petites et moyennes structures. Il simplifie vraiment des processus complexes, même si le coût et certaines limites fonctionnelles peuvent freiner sur le long terme. Pros J’ai apprécié PayFit pour sa simplicité d’utilisation et le gain de temps qu’il apporte. L’automatisation de la paie et des démarches administratives est vraiment efficace, ce qui évite beaucoup d’erreurs et de tâches répétitives. L’interface est claire, moderne, et on peut rapidement prendre l’outil en main même sans être expert en paie. Cons Ce que j’ai le moins aimé, c’est surtout le prix, qui peut vite devenir élevé selon la taille de l’entreprise. Certaines fonctionnalités avancées manquent de flexibilité, et dès qu’on a des besoins un peu spécifiques, ça peut devenir plus compliqué à paramétrer. Aussi, je trouve vraiment génial que l'équipe derrière le projet pense à nous informer régulièrement des mises à jour légales et des nouveautés concernant le produit. C'est rassurant de voir que de nouvelles fonctionnalités sont constamment ajoutées, rendant le produit de plus en plus complet. Cons Bien que ce soit globalement un excellent logiciel, il y a eu quelques périodes de bugs qui ont pu être frustrantes surtout lorsque l'outil devient assez lent.
