Very Efficient. The site makes ticketing, especially for a complex place easy and something attainable.

Pros

I had THE MOST AMAZING assistance in an international phone call from \[sensitive content hidden\] when I was struggling with purchasing some Paris Museum Passes. He gave me outstanding Customer Service of the HIGHEST possible caliber, with professionalism of the greatest level, knowledgeable experience while being patient, kind and explaining everything thoroughly. You ar lucky to have him on your team.

Cons

It took me a couple times to figure out the most effective way to order our Paris Museum Passes. Once I figured it out it was fine.

Pros

Easy to use. The scanning option isuseful

Cons

Scanning was problematic. Most of the scans showed a message that the ticket was already scanned. I think it is because the scan is too fast and the app scans twice

Simple but I hope I can print out our passes - Hard Copy> It says an email has been sent so I hope it is in the email.

Pros

Fairly straight forward and simple.The cost is kind of pricy but I hope it is well worth the expense in time saved and less waiting.

Cons

Cost presented only in Euros not dollars. Since I am buying 2 Passes for friends I need to know what to charge them.

The code was well received this AM, then I proceeded to enter it into the fields. Pleased with the seating plan, ready for the match

No the process was smooth. Very well organized and I appreciated being remember by LS as I've now attended several games in the past 12 months

Pros

ease of use. Very easy to use this site and got the pass quickly and efficiently. Safeguards in place as well.

Cons

will not take American Express credit card, not sure why not. I had to use another credit card I did not want to use.

Pros

The site was easy to navigate. Very informative. Was able to switch to english easily. The order form was easy to fill in and complete.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. As i said above, the site was very easy to navigate and understand the directions.

L'outil est réellement épuré, simple et intuitif, je ne le connaissais pas, c'est une bonne découverte

Cons

La difficulté à trouver le filtre pour le nombre de personnes que je souhaitais sélectionner. La case était floue, donc très difficile d'utilisation.

J’aime bien le fait de pouvoir réserver ma séance de sport en ligne. Cnest facile rapide et pratique

Cons

Le fait de devoir re cliquer à chaque fois sur la date. On commence par la sélectionner une 1ere fois sur le calendrier et ensuite il faut revenir dessus encore au niveau de la commande. Est-ce possible de la sélectionner qu’une seule fois ? Sinon le reste j’adore !
