Pros: First of all, it is very much capable of doing any level of customization as per the business process. It handles the large size data and highly user-friendly and enterprise ready. Most importantly it is very cost effective.

Cons: Mobile App is not available for IOS, Leads scoring feature is not available in Leads module which was an important feature for our business.

Overall: Increased productivity of employees which results in better customer satisfaction and more revenue.

Pros: Good pricing. Very customisable. Nice layout and easy to use. Can quickly get up to speed with all the features.

Cons: Not available as an app for when out of the office, other than that all was good and no other cons to list.

Pros: iCRM was very cost effective for my budget at the time. Loved the GUI, and the user friendliness. Overall, it's useful for midsize projects.

Cons: The Customer Support was lacking. I had to wait on hold once for 30 minutes, and then the person on their end hung up. I like the software, but maybe get a better customer service team and you're golden.
