Matterhorn Reviews
"Exceptional customer service. They set the bar for quality customer service "
Overall: The ability to improve our customer service in an industry where it's not expected. No cons, because the company is very receptive to modifying a program to fit the needs of our court's processes. This is very important when you're dealing with the demographics of the population. Rural areas will have different needs than suburban areas or university towns. Same thing if a court processes more freight violations as opposed to speeding tickets.
Pros: Ease of use; ability to provide customers with options that aren't limited to business hours and availability of staff. Status updates are a huge bonus. No way our staff would have time to do this.
