### "Boothbook - wish I'd signed up when it first came out!"

Since we signed up it has been a very positive experience. We've had online training sessions to get the best out of the system and the team are always available to assist with any problems or questions which may arise.

Pros

We implented Boothbook just over a year ago and it was immediatley apparent that it was going to save us time and money. Time is saved because the admin is automated - not contracts to send, payments to chase or emails to send. Money has been saved because we no longer send contracts to clients with SAE envelopes for them to return. In a busy month our postage bill was more than we currently pay in our Boothbook subscription! The time we have saved has allowed us develop and grow the business, safe in the knowledge that Boothbook will take care of the admin. We're not a power user, but I couldn't run the business without it.

Cons

The isn't much I dislike about the software. I am only frustrated that I know lots of great new features are just around the corner, but I'd like them now! Seriously, I fully understand the it is worth waiting for these ideas to be fully implemented and tested before they are released. The system is pretty awesome now, in the future it's going to be even better!

Reason for choosing BoothBook

It was far more tailored to how our booth business operates.

It honestly has been amazing.

Pros

It saves me so much time and energy! It really amazes me how much time an energy I used to spend on every booking. It automates pretty much 90% of my admin work and has allowed me to expand much faster than my business plan called for! It's constantly being upgraded with not just what I know I want, but things that I didn't know I needed or would use but do!

Cons

Not knowing where updates are on the list of them!

support was an issue (time zones problem) the actual support was ok. The booking process it created wasn't good-looking. it didn't match my website.

Pros

it's better than nothing. it had features I had never seen before to calculate if you had enough time to get from 1 event to the next using the same equipment. (not something I needed)

Cons

You're not able to change the look at feel of the packages on your own. you need to email support. The problem is they are in Europe somewhere, and with the time zone difference, you send your email, and get a reply the next day. you reply right away, and you need to wait till the next day again for the reply. super annoying.

I’d be lost if it wasn’t for BB. It has transformed the way I’m able to get my business to the next level.

Pros

Since implementing BoothBook 3 years ago it has freed up my time so I am not stuck with the daily admin duties I was dealing with like sending invoices, getting contracts signed, collecting payments, etc. Support is excellent.

Cons

It was a bit of time to set up but that’s the only thing I have ever had an issue with.

Reason for choosing BoothBook

The conversation with the BB team made me feel this was a company who cared about its users.

Pros

BoothBook can be customized to work for your business and pick up all of the jobs you hate. It saves me hundreds of work hours every month and keeps my clients and staff very happy!

Cons

The custom element of the system does mean that the initial set up looks a little daunting, but the hours invested are returned 10 times over every month.

My experience with BoothBook has been great. Their customer service is second to none. They are always listening to their customers and implementing new features constantly.

Pros

It has allowed me to automate a lot of my admin work and keep in touch with my customers for better customer support.

Cons

Some features are only available on different tiers. The tiers allow you to grow. The cost is high but it's well worth it.

Pros

This software has changed our business. It has improved organisation of bookings, how customers can book and has increased sales. I cannot fault it. The support is second to none and improvements and features are added each week

Cons

I cannot fault this software. The app needs Some work to bring up to the software level. Cannot think off any other issues

Pros

This product gives me my time back. It is very user friendly for the end customer. The support team is right on top of anything that may arise (very rarely) and they are always improving on things to make this the best product.

Pros

Everything is automated making our daily admin jobs minimal. Sending invoices and payment reminders is easy.

Pros

Customer service is amazing! They are constantly listening to customer needs and adding new features all the time! Very flexible solution and easy to use!

Cons

No Cons! Great software all the way around! Nothing in the con list for us to complain about at all!

Pros

Excellent after sales support, nothing is too much trouble. Great to see collaboration with all the other users on FB. Team deliver a great customer experiance from a end user point of view! My clients have also commented on how easy it is to simply book with us. Looking to forward to see intergeration for Xero accounts.

Cons

Only the fact, that could it be possible to used with WorldPay also, as we had open another account with another company.
