Pros: We recommend this to our customers as a way to pay quickly but avoid ACH and Wire fees. This helps our AR stay very current and allows our CIA customers to get quick delivery.
Cons: It looks a little outdated and we cant use it with APPLE/MAC. We have a difficult time getting updates.

Pros: Easy to use. Gives me a fast, easy, convenient option for my customers. Database is easy to maintain.
Cons: There really isn't anything I do not like about the software. For whatever reason my printer will NOT print (even with the correct cartridge) correctly so when the checks are sent across via scanner I have to type in all info on MICR line manually
"This software has helped me to save time, reduce cost, and become more efficient."
Pros: I can print an electronic check in less than 30 seconds and have a payment deposited and posted in our accounting software within 3 minutes of receiving the payment.
Cons: When entering a check from a customer that is new in the software, this can take up to 5 min to set up the new customer. But once the first check is processed moving forward that customers name and address is retained into the software and it will auto populate moving forward.
"Overall easy to use"
Pros: It is easy to enter the check information and to add new payees. We have been able to order checks with quick processing.
Cons: I have several clients that I process checks for each month. I have tried the memorize function, but when I pull it up it does not auto fill the check. Perhaps I do not know the procedure and need training
