Pros: It saves time. I don't have to photocopy paper dockets and manually add up loads any more. This is all done for me with easy reports. I can see where my guys have last picked up or dropped off loads, really important if they are tracking sensitive or valuable materials. It includes fatigue management, weight and compliance checking so chain of responsibility is monitored and visible.

Cons: It took a bit of setting up at the beginning but once we were up and running it was great. It's worth talking to the team when you setup to make sure you do it right.
