Pros The Application simplifies the amount of manual paperwork, and then the transference of this to other systems, which incurs its own errors. Cons I have used the backend query to transfer information but found that it doesn't allow the user to select the information you want to extract. It is in some reports that you can get out of the web version. Perhaps the direct integration to Excel will help with your data extract - that allows you to get to every piece of data on Docketbook live into Excel. Would love to work with you on integration with weighbridge systems - if we can get a way of sending the data to our web services, docket automation is the next frontier! I don't have to photocopy paper dockets and manually add up loads any more. This is all done for me with easy reports. I can see where my guys have last picked up or dropped off loads, really important if they are tracking sensitive or valuable materials. It includes fatigue management, weight and compliance checking so chain of responsibility is monitored and visible. Cons It took a bit of setting up at the beginning but once we were up and running it was great. It's worth talking to the team when you setup to make sure you do it right.
