The admin page is user-friendly, with clear instruction documents readily available. For any minor confusion, support is easily accessible via the chatbot, which provides responses within a minute. We integrated the application with M365 Entra for dynamic user management, which was simple and quick to set up. It was also integrated with our Wi‑Fi network to automatically send guest Wi‑Fi access codes to visitors upon sign-in, and this has been working perfectly. Training the receptionist on basic management was straightforward, and there have been very minimal ongoing management issues. Overall, successfully replaced Sine Core with the Sign In App. Pros Easy Deployment – Completed within minutes. Customer Support – Top‑notch; support is available within minutes when needed. Integrations – External systems can be integrated to enable automated workflows. Notification Controls – Flexible notifications via email, SMS, and the Teams Bot. User Management – Can be linked with Entra for dynamic user management; I’d rate this a 10/10. The visitor notification is really helpful. We could integrate it really easily with our existing access passes. The team are always very helpful and patient when setting up a system. I cannot thank the reps in the office enough, who often go over and beyond with their dedication to looking after our account and our clients. Pros As a retailer that works in industries that budgets are constantly being cut (NHS, Education). The value of this product, against the perceived market leaders, in my opinion makes Sign In App a must buy. The software is very simple to use and easy to customise to tailor for our own clients requirements. I cannot stress enough, that although this is a very cost effective system, you are not compromising on an inferior product. Cons If I would have to choose one thing, it would be the angle of the iPad sits when taking Photographs, its not the most flattering angle. " June 15, 2026 5.0 We first implemented SignIn 3 years ago now and quickly rolled it out to 6 sites in total. We love being able to do fire evacuation on there and creating a nice simple evidence log for that. Good level of customisable fields to give each site a clear branding, but can use settings from another area to copy over making set up easy. We would like a better discount / referral system as we haven't seen any benefit to adding more sites. Pros Simple to implement and we can marry the settings across to multiple sites. We use SignIn in around 6 of our buildings now and is so much better than our previous manual system. Cons From our point of view, we'd not really change anything and I really couldn't say what we would change. It might be a little too simple for some users, but for our needs it is perfect. The image capture is useful to ensure the person is identifiable and we find the notifications you receive when someone signs in to see you very useful. Pros Sign in app is simple to use and the sign in kiosks are really user friendly, we have 40+ people a day sign in through them and they always work as expected. February 6, 2023 4.0 Pretty smooth overall with little hiccups. Excellent feature set for the price too. Pros The sign in flow is the most important thing, followed by historical reporting. Sign In App is great at both - singing in for regular staff can be done with a simple QR code for contact free, instant signing in. Visitors can easily sign in manually and get their badge printed instantly, with a photo on it, and the name of who they are visiting. The evacuation register is good too. Cons It loses the bluetooth connection to the printer whenever the printer is power cycled and it's not easy to re-link it without quitting the app and restarting. If a management device isn't powered on every so often it has to be re-authenticated which is a pain. Pros As a user, it's so simple to sign in by just waving my QR code over the device as I walk into the building. When I have visitors, I can pre-set their sign in info so that all they have to do is confirm their name and the rest is already filled out for them. Plus, I get an e-mail as soon as they sign in, before the main office has even thought about phoning me to tell me they've arrived! Cons Sometimes the bluetooth connection to the printer fails and it has to be removed/added to kick it back into gear. This can slow down visitor arrivals who need badges printing. We also needed a sign in system for staff so that we had a live and accurate evacuation list when required. Pros The customer support is second to none, totally responsive and user friendly. The product is extremely good value when compared with others in the market. The installation was as easy as it could possibly have been. Cons I would have liked it to integrate with our MIS, but it is not a big concern. Reason for choosing Sign In App It was by far the best value, the easiest to use, and the easiest to install. In the first instance, the highly responsive support encouraged us to look closely at the product, especially since we have regretted one or two IT decisions over the last 12-24 months, and did not want to be in that position again. As a Data Protection Officer, I need outsourced contracts, especially cloud-based apps, to be transparent about how, why and where they process personal data. Sign In App had a clear understanding and clarity around their obligations as Data Processor and the detail I needed was easily found from their website and Terms. Pros I like the intuitive approach for users, easy to use, easy to set up and easy to manage. I particularly like the Sign In App Tap product which links access cards and key fobs with the sign in system. It is competitively priced compared to other products on the market. Cons I haven't found anything about this product to date, that I don't like. We previously used a paper based handwritten system - these passes look much smarter, the pre booking element has reduced sign in queues for larger meetings, there is less clutter on the reception desk as we just have the two device stands now and customer support is swift and friendly. Pros The customisable visitor passes are smart, the system is simple and intuitive to use. Cons Some issues with visitors picking a familiar name to sign in with after pressing the first letter of a name and seeing who pops up. This is better than typing out the whole name each time though, as we get a lot of repeat visitors. I honestly can't fault you guys, the help we've received throughout setting the system up is absolutely fantastic, and so responsive which is so important!! Cons As a workspace provider, something that would really help us is if there was a way to track our co-workers hours that they use in the month. Lack of a Staff Who's in option on a second internal screen. No option for Contractor sign ins, which would have a slightly different protocol to visitors. I also like that it is contactless the guests can sign themselves in. Pros I like that the Sign in App provides great security features, the sign in process makes tracking guests and employees easy, and we can print out a guest pass to they can be spotted throughout the facility. Cons It was a bit rough starting out with connectivity and the printer was leaving streaks on the badges but we got all the issues resolved.
